So I guess you could say I dont tend to dress in colours that match my red hair but its all or nothing with me- gotta match or be completely contrasting!

Your outfit sounds fab! :A I agree, we should wear whatever colours we like! I am always getting unsolicited advice on what colours to wear (and not to wear... how rude lol!), apparently blonde hair and red clothes don't go... well boo to that! I wear lots of red ha ha.

Well, hello! Loads of chat on here today, I'll attempt to catch up when I can. Welcome to the newbies, especially Medsdenom, JesaRose and JTB - my pals from the Charity shop and jumble sale finds thread on the eBay board!

Absolutely freezing here today, I've walked into town and back, had a mooch round the chazzas and came back with some pretty vintage plates and some sticky toffee cookies which me and a friend have just devoured whilst catching up with each other.

My outfit was an attempt to brighten up the greyness outside and it must have been passable as I've had my photo taken by some fashion students on the lookout for "stylish women".

Silver filigree earrings (Ex-H&M, car boot)

Vintage black leather driving gloves (Jumble sale)

My 11 year old, Jacob takes most my photos when he comes home from school, then calls me a sad loser for not having a life. :rotfl:

Can anyone think of a good way I can earn some money by cross stiching? I do it to relax but I reckon there must be away to make some money.

Ok, I've managed to get rid of 1 jumper so far :rotfl:. But in my defence, I've been busy with the chutney (it's nearly finished) so haven't had much time to go upstairs and make a start.

I'm sorry if I upset anyone with my 'new look' comments ..... I haven't been in one of their shops for ages so have no idea what kind of things they're selling ....... I'm really bad for pre-conceived ideas, another thing I have to get rid of !

I dare not click the chocolate link ! But I did click on bluebell's link, those shoes are lovely ! I think I'll be able to manage high heels better once I've lost a bit more weight (too much to carry atm and they hurt my feet).

Caroline, what about doing personalised name plates for bedroom doors or wendy houses? You could sell in ebay.

I take my own pics but using the timer function on the camera,I did start by getting OH to take them, but they didn't turn out to well bless

Thank you- Im a mismash of colours today haha. I take the pics for my blog with the timer on my camera but I struggle *a lot* with this so tend to take a million before I get one that looks like me lol I have the problem that our house is so tiny theres stuff in every room so trying to find a spare wall with enough space to stand against is hard! :rotfl:

I take my pics by balancing the camara on the kitchen worktop(seems to be just about the right height!) and using the timer.

That chocolate looks yummy, might have to give it a try!
