Yeah I like the necklace, Jen, AKA Grammar Girl made one similar to that recently, it was on her blog.
Did you spend lots or was it forgivable?

They were all pretty cheap, the Warehouse dress (3rd pic) was the dearest but they came to about £30 for the lot! :j:j:j:j

    I love this dress...really cute what a find :D
Well I'm exhausted :( have just got home from my guides meeting, and taken some photos of things to sell, and now am trying not to fall asleep as I have too much to do before tomorrow :( a whole list.
Am hoping to make time for some baking tomorrow evening before bingo.

    Really need to sleep :(

Sorry to hear you're tired but it sounds like you're doing lots of living for you so hurrah ;) (hugs)

Thank goodness I'm not on the 'no buying clothes' challenge!!!

I think it's about time I declared my challenge well and truly failed!:rotfl:

I think you've got really shapely legs, I need to tone up a bit. Do you work out?

Not at the moment, but I have done in the past. When I was at school I was into sports big time and dance, and so I seem to have kept good shape. and then on and off I've done various fitness. I love exercise but it's one of those things I struggle to find balance with

I second the city shorts recommendation, they usually come to the knees so no thigh displayage involved!! :)

Um maybe I need to try another pair...I open to trying new things on your lovley ladies suggestions :)

    Morning ladies,

    Tara- fab buys!

Queen- shorts wise, there are so many styles out there, try before you buy, your bound to find something your comfortable with :) maybe a culotte type style might come up longer?

Love the dresses Tara, I'm very into that kind of think at the minute.

Culottes are coming back in now arent' they? I've seen them about a bit but am undecided about them for me.

    Todays outfit

Black herringbone wide leg trousers DP via CS £1
    M&S black top
Grey brogues- Primark - when I find them - they're in the cupboard under the stairs so if I go in there I may never be seen again!!!!!!!
Going to add a scarf for a bit of colour as yet undecided

    Have a fab day all!!!!!!

Lola- yep, they are coming back I believe, well shorts in general are!

    Have a great day.

I'm sat here in PJs still, been up since 5, lol. Gotta get organised and get to the post office (mum's off, I get a lift!) before predicted snow hits us again, and hopefully we're picking up my memory foam mattress topper from grandparents :D
ooh poppyseed hunt too. Might bake this afternoon, but then again, should probably do course work today :p
  • Poppyseeds are usually quite easy to find - tesco, asda in the baking section, holland and barrett...good luck wth your hunt and hope your memory foam toppr is comfy :)
