evening ladies...
Finally got round to updating my blog...no pics from today of me smiling (as requested) but have posted some from my holiday in egypt and well what's not to smile about that!
Also updated some recent purchases, would love comments on Bally shoes, whether to keep or ebay.
Spent the evening wrapping ebay parcels, eating dinner cooked by OH (roast chicken legs peri peri style, which roasted veggies delish) I washed up and now I'm catching up with you guys. Sometimes doesn't feel like enough hours in the day!
Am still waiting for my green brogue shoes to arrive that I bought on ebay, am starting to get worried as seller said they were posted on wed/thur*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Queen your dinner sounds lush!
Your outfit today is lovely I love wide leg trousers you suit the classic look:)
ETA reg the ebay shoes have you emailed the seller and asked for the tracking number?**"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."**0 -
Thanks retro, and it tasted even better because it wasn't cooked by me
Yeah i think classic seems to be my look, maybe I just need to embrace it rather than try and change who I am!!
re: ebay I have emailed today to say that haven't arrived, I'll ask for it when they respond*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
Queenie, I commented on your blog,
I'm just trying to find my own style so don't really think I'm qualified to comment on anyone else's but for what it's worth, I do think you suit the classic look, but I think as you have such wonderful toned legs, what about city shorts (Is that the right phrase?) with opaques underneath? That way you are still following the style that suits you but showing off your lovely shape a bit better?
The wide legs don't look bad, don't get me wrong, I've just seen more flattering shapes on you.

Queenie, you have such a beautiful smile!0

thank you lostin
Vicki - I've got quite muscular thighs so city shorts make me look quite chunky in that area. I think I need to ake a friend shopping and try on lots of different styles and get her to take photos! *wonders who I can rope in to the challenge* I know what you mean about wide legged trousers, I like them cos they feel comfortable but aren't always the most flattering. I think I'll try anothe skirt tomorrow*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -
I think you've got really shapely legs, I need to tone up a bit. Do you work out?0
