Afternoon all!
I've been sitting for an artist friend this morning so it's just a vintage wrap at the mo. Just put some heated rollers in and am drinking ayurvedic tea in a bid to counteract the horrendous amount of booze I've consumed over the past four nights.
Off to a party later on and have the following outfit planned:
Vintage purple satin tie-neck blouse with puffed sleeves (40p Car Boot)
Skinny high waist organic cotton blue-wash jeans (New with H&M tags from chazza shop £1.95)
Vintage black leather belt with gold rivets (Found in the depths of the wardrobe)
Vintage leather knee-high boots (Had for years but dyed them from tan to purple recently)
TopShop purple and gold chandelier earrings (£2 sale buy)
3 x black plastic oddly shaped bangles (Mum purchased from Biba in the 60's)
Gigantic gold cocktail ring with purple glass stone (Car boot sale)
Have a great bank holiday whatever you're all up to.

Went to organic PYO farm this morning. According to the farmer, he'd had people complaining that there were no raspberries in the field. I came up to the weighing station after 20 minutes with a full pound punnet almost overflowing with big, juicy, sweet raspberries. The moral of this story is twofold - one, look below your knee level, and two, lift the leaves up, as nature has evolved the fruit to hide underneath and avoid the birdies!
So, khaki cargoes, white T shirt, brown tunic jumper and red DMs - a different kind of 40s style!I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
Bah, I'm in work today. And I did NOT want to get up this morning so had to sling on any old outfit as I was in such a rush.

Navy blue top with oversized buttons - Dotty P's
Black cowboy style boots
Ancient black wrapover cardi0 -
Evening all!
Just got back from weekend at boyfriend's in London. Nice weather, picnic in Greenwich Park on Saturday, wandered round the Museum of London yesterday... Tis all good!
Anyhoo, today's outfit is:
- Purple and pink stripy V neck three quarter sleeve jumper (Primark)
- Blue/black jeans (Gap)
- Grey trainers with neon purple laces (trainers from New Look, laces from eBay)
I'm now watching University Challenge and shopping about to switch our internet on behalf of my mum (think we're going to go with Plusnet as it's recommended on the MSE cheap broadband guide, one of the few good ones we can get and also comes with cashback).

Am I first in today?
Big hoo-ha at work - the rain last night has flooded some of the offices on the other side of the corridor so it's all going a bit mental. And my e-mails are being funny, I can get them but for whatever reason I can't reply to or forward them. Oh joy.
Anyhoo, today's outfit is:
- Royal blue shirt (Dorothy Perkins)
- Black straight leg trousers (Dorothy Perkins)
- Nude ballet pumps with black bow (Dorothy Perkins)
In work until half five then gym and job hunting.

Hello!
Hope you've all had lots of good ol' bank holiday fun.
No swimming today as the council are having a two-day holiday so a morning of wrapping eBay sales and listing more goodies. We're taking the campervan up to Wales in a bit, meeting friends for a night of food, fun and wild camping.
It's quite pleasant here but have packed woolies and wellies for later.
I'm wearing:
Grey teeshirt dress with assymmetric hem (Bay liquidation sale £6)
TopShop Baxter grey skinny jeans (£1 car boot a couple of years ago)
Vintage US imported leather cowboy boots (car boot yesterday 50p)
Vintage 70's era denim waistcoat (had for donkey's years)
Hermes silk scarf (genuine - had it verified - cost less than a quid from a chazza shop)
Silver tribal bangles and rings (India)
Mexican Alpaca silver hoop earrings with tuquoise stones (car boot 50p)
Tooled leather cartridge bag (£1 car boot)
Enjoy your tuesday!
