    Hi girls!

pf and daisy, hope you're feeling better soon! DD had tummy cramps and the trots thing over the weekend. She looks washed-out and lost 5lbs in weight in 2 days, which she doesn't need to lose at all. Would be more than willing to donate half-a-stone if it were only possible!

She has a big works do-of-the-year in Chester on Sat and her and a friend had booked a bargain room at the hotel to stay over and also have a girly time getting ready, so hope it all goes still ahead.

She has a gorgeous short black dress with big shoulders and at the time of planning, was going to show off long bare gleaming legs and wear her new high cage shoes (is that what they're called??). The way she's feeling now, thick woolly tights and her uggs are calling!!

gg good plan to work from home today!

    Stay warm all!

(((daisy & piratefairy))) Get well soon!

GG - how's the car? I'm so glad I've got this week off work, I wouldn't fancy driving in this weather at all!

Bronnie - hope your daughter's do goes ahead - her outfit sounds fab.

I've been out playing in the snow today :D Well it was really so that I could take books back to the library, post a birthday card, lug the Christmas tree to the recycling place in the park and then pop to the leisure centre to ask about swimming memberships (£12.50 a month, bargain!) but there was much frolicking in the snow as well. It's lovely and sunny here so I thoroughly enjoyed myself!

    Outfit consisted of :

    Walking boots
    3 pairs of socks
    Jeans
    Green v-neck tshirt
Grey and white stripy boyfriend cardi
    Massively long green stripy scarf
    Big grey check winter coat
And giving them their first outing of the year, beautiful grey, teal and blue stripy earmuffs and matching fingerless woolly gloves :D

Off now to rummage through my box of Lush goodies and have an excessively long bath.

    Afternoon all

Hope the snow hasn't affected everyone too badly. I managed to get a lift into work around an hour ago, definately do not fancy driving in this weather!

Hope DB & PF feel better soon :) and GG has recovered from her phesant incident!

Havent updated in a while with Christmas, still unpacking boxes, the weather and many other things keeping me annoyingly busy. On a positive note have managed to unpack all my clothes that have been in storage for 6 months, is like going on a big shopping spree without spending anything. Think it is quite bad that I was unpacking things I had forgotten I owned :S

    This week I wore

    Monday:
    Black leggings - H&M £7
Yellow shift dress with large satin polka dots - H&M £5
Long sleeved black top underneath - £Primark £4
Dark Grey leg warmers - Primark £3
Black boyfriend cardigan - Primark £10
Knee High Black Leather Boots - New Look £35 sale bargin :D

    Tuesday:

Dark blue skinny jeans - Primark £8
Long sleeved black top - Primark £4
Blue checked shirt with ruffle detail - Matalan £5
    Grey boyfriend cardigan - H&M £7
Grey knitted boots - Primark £8

    Wednesday:

Dark blue skinny jeans - Primark £8
    Black leggings underneath - H&M £5
    Black vest top - H&M £4
    Grey Tshirt - H&M £5
Cream knitted fairisle long cardie -Primark £7
Knee High Black Leather Boots - New Look £35

Whilst unpacking my many boxes of clothes(I dont know how there are so many!) I was thinking of possibly starting a blog, in the hope to encourage me to make more of an effort day to day and to also make me more aware of what I do and don't wear in my wardrobe. Will think about that one for the next few days.

Oooh moonbabe - do it, do it! I'm having so much fun with my blog and love finding new ones to read. It's so easy to do - go for it! :)

Oh and I'm now recovering from the pheasant AND a bump in the snow yesterday! :( I've had a good look today and I can't see a spot of damage so hopefully everything will be okay. I'm loving my snow day - had to go out and drive OH's car as he attempted to push it out of the car park and had great fun wheel spinning and jumping about! He's gone off to work now but no chance of me getting my car anywhere so I'm stuck for now.

    Yay! :)

Yes do it, moonbabe..I love putting outfits together, but have never had much photo-confidence, but havign started to take pics of my outfits, that seems to be growing, and helping my self-confidence about the size/shape I am, which I've had issues with for a long time..

    No tips,
other than the best way to build up a readership is to comment on as many blogs as you read and enjoy :)
