Morning all!
Still in a bluebird print wrap (free from a boot sale) waiting for my St Tropez to dry. Shall be changing into some purple silk hareems (India 50p) and a couple of TopShop vests (Car boot sale 50p each) for my Pilates class later and hoping to spend the morning photographing eBay goodies.
The rain has finally stopped here after a foul 24 hours so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow's boot sale.
Have a good day, gang!

I have a big bag that I keep odd socks in, because I don't care if they match under boots. But, th number of odd socks I have is ridiculous now (far to many to just use as dusters)
Would the clothes bank like/appreciate odd socks? is there anything crafty but useful I could use them for? I'm not coming up with any ideas for sock re-use.
I make them into sunglasses cases by cutting to size, hemming and sewing the top over and threading a colourful ribbon through as a drawstring. Sometimes I sew a few buttons on as a pretty trim!0 -

Have you looked at the Craftster forum, Piratefairy? I think this outfit is so cute:

Hi all, greetings from the grey, grim and wet north!
Well, I'm rather ashamed to say I'm still in my ratty old bathrobe. To be fair, I'm not long out of the shower, but I'm going out in about 30 mins and no idea what I'm going to wear yet!
Have a good day folks!0 -
Goan- I LOVE craftster, thanks for reminding me of my addiction and unfinished projects!
Judgejaq, you sound like me some days! Lol.
Hmm,
I predict a change of outfit here,
I forgot to put an apron on before baking0 -
more eclectic housewear here. A really weird t-shrt from asda, with sort of turtle neck, and a very odd cut....but I like it. Its old and has a hole but I'm not ready to chuck it yet.
Oversome magic underwear (new I was sloppying it but wanted to feel structured...not sure why) last nights barely worn huge socks, and when some one popped in a pair of jeans. Then I ditched the socks and am in some very high pink suedeshoes for a bit of sing along to the radio housework, and now a bit of a rest.

Good afternoon! Judgejaq, it IS so cold and rainy and horrible up North! I really didn't feel in the mood for a pretty dress today so here's mine:
Skinny jeans
Nude coloured tee with fabric necklace
Dusky pink long line cardi
Ugg boots (fashion sacrilege I know, but so cosy!)
Tan leather plaited waist belt
Pink lace and pearl headband with corsage
Big black cocktail ring
And a frown at the moment as I'm stressing about work!0
