  • Afternoon all!

Work's rather mad again, but here is today's outfit:

    - Two in one style dress with grey long sleeved scoop neck top and black and hot pink flared skirt (New Look)
    - Black tights (M&S)
    - Black ankle boots with Victorian style boot details (New Look)
    - Electric blue trench coat (New Look) to come into work
    - Brown leather handbag
    - Usual jewellery

Nail polish and perfume are the same as yesterday.

In work until half five, then home for a workout and a chill out session.

    Have a good Thursday everyone!

Hi everyone. I'm loving all the blogs it's great to see what your outfits look like on and are really inspirational. Following reading GrammarGirls I bought a wide purple mock snakeskin belt (50p Primark) and did the cinched in waist thing. Even my Mum said I looked nice which is unusual coming from her.

Godd News (well I think so) I found THE boots. I will have to put a picture on as I am so pleased with them, am wearing them today so will do my outfit:

White and grey leopard print long sleeved top (Primark £2.50)
    Dark purple Leggings (Sainsburys 3.75)
thin grey slouchy cardi with rolled up sleeves (Tesco £12)
    charm bracelets
black and silver striped scarf (Matalan years ago forget how much)
silver pebble bracelet on other wrist lol!
THE boots - Black leather ankle boots with silver studs across the front, buckle at the side and woven strap at the back. (£25 Primark) They are so fab, it was worth getting my Dad to babysit while I took a heavenly trip to Lakeside to browse in peace!

Haven't posted for a while as had my parents come to visit and then had a horrible cold which thankfully is getting better now. Hope you all had a good week x

Hurrah for the boots Vicki! I can't wait to see them.

    I've exhausted myself now,
made up some jewellery then got a mad urge to bake so made up a batch of hobnobs.

Sharron, that sounds a wonderful opportunity for you (hopefully it will fit in with your family commitments?) :T.

Alex - I'll post the Bayeux Tapestry maxi skirt on the blog tomorrow!

Claireac - sorry to hear about the suspected arthritis. Glucosamine tablets are very good and has the doc recommended you use a sponge ball to exercise your hands? Anything with a bit of light resistance will do, just have a good squeeze to get the circulation running while you're watching the telly.

Think it's finally stopped raining now, have a fab evening.

No she didn't, but thanks for that! There are a couple of stress balls floating around the office, so I'll pinch one of those. Thanks xxx

LOVE them! Probably just as well they aren't my size as I'd be tempted to bid
  • Hello everyone, one of the newbies back again!

Was in uni today, so my random outfit fitted in rather well...!
    White plimsoles - £2 primark
Long leggings - £8 New Look
Oversized burgandy jumper - around £8 Matalan
Slouchy vintage oversized cardigan - £10 Ebay
Black pashmina - £5 Etam (shows how old it is!)
    And the carpet bag.

Stuffed with the cold so now i'm in my PJs putting off doing some history work!

Belts are SO the way to go! I wear one around my waist almost every day, they give so much shape especially for slightly-hippy-trying-to-be-hourglass girls like me. Bet you look fab, and I loooooove the boots! :)
