Thanks Souk! I think I'm just fed up of the lack of money, tired and have too many difficult decisions to make. I'll be alright though.

Do you mean find one you already have, or buy one?

If you're looking to buy one you could try Medisave (online, and will supply individuals).

Sorry to hear you are :( again. I think that maybe you are putting too much pressure on yourself (the voice of experience here). If it takes a little longer to be debt free and renovate your house but you have loads of fun along the way would that be so terrible? Remember, you need to enjoy life now as well as in the future`:D

You're probably right Shoe Gal, but I HATE this house the way it is :( Honestly, I cannot explain how much I despise this house and the only reason I haven't sold it yet is because I would have to start all over again and I refuse to do that

I think also because my Mum has just been ill, I'm now frantically trying to get as much done as quickly as possible before she gets ill again. It feels like a race against time at the moment and I get more stressed if I don't get things done.

There is some sort of balance to be struck though and I need to find it. I think I need to try and be more productive with my evenings at home and try and go out a bit more when I can.

Yay to going on. You need to Gwen to keep your spirits up! I see lots of mates at mine/their houses or do 2 for 1 pizza deals. Nothing flashy but you get all the chat and feel like you've ben out X
