Almost put a note in my reply to gwen saying that if you were reading, ebay might be a good way to make some money to spend on boots. But then I remembered that you would be better off making money on ebay and putting it towards your cc, thus bringing your dfd forward

I'm up for a selling challenge :j:j Having said that I may just do bits on Amazon and concentrate on matched betting until the football season ends, but I can try my best with the selling too. I could do with getting rid of some stuff.

I am contemplating putting my CC balance on my signature to spur me on :eek: I'm aware that I'm going to have to put my holiday accomodation on it sometime in the summer, but barring any disasters, the balance will only be going in one direction.

Called up about my Santander Zero card today and have been told it's on it's way, so when that arrives I will be doing my 0% transfers and will put the balance on my sig (what am I saying???).

I'm glad it's a short month...I'm checking quidco about three times a day at the moment. I want some money to pay out, so I can pay it off the CC, then I can close a couple of the credit cards I've opened through there. Speaking of which, I've closed the American Express card today :T

I'm off work tomorrow and have a massive list to tackle, but I want to chillax a bit aswell.

I'm off work today :j Not such a great start though, woke up feeling tired, grumpy and with a very sore throat. I've had some fruit juice and a throat sweet and feeling a bit better. Provisional list for the day (may well change as we go on):

• Empty bins - Done
• Washing - Done
• Get petrol - Done
• Top up screenwash - Done
• Transfer money for friends hen do to her - Done
• Read pension paperwork....zzzzzz
• Return leggings I bought last week that look rubbish - Done
• Post parcel - Done
• Get points put on Boots card from S&G goodies last week - Done
• Activate Amazon card - Ordered a new one :mad:
• Activate Post Office card - Didn't need doing in the end
• Pay in Hastings Direct cheque - Done
• Hire DVD with voucher I've got - Done
• Watch DVD - Not done. For some reason I just couldn't get into it, maybe because I know I had such a long list to tackle!!
• Sort phone and broadband move - Done
• Read matched betting info
• Check banking - Done, but confused and not liking NW much
• Do online shop
• Put CD's into music magpie - Hmm, turns out I don't have that many I want to sell. Will leave it for now
• List more stuff on Amazon
• Check npower contract - Done
• Order new shower head - Done, although the girl on the other end sounded...dare I say it...slightly ditzy I tried to confirm my order, but she was miles away. Slightly worried I might end up with 'shower surprise'...which actually sounds ruder than it's meant to :eek::o
• Order new laptop charger - Done through quidco
• Pay £5 from Hastings Direct cheque to Barclaycard - Done

Wow, that's quite a long list :eek: I'll try my best, anything left over will have to be done tomorrow.

I think it's a great idea to put your cc balance in your sig coz it's brilliant to edit it and see it going in the right direction :j

Wow, huge list Gwen, if you've managed half of that you've done lots!!

I'm just going to try and sort out my make up kit for a job that I've got on Sunday. I've done any makeup in a while so need to sort out my stuff and make sure I've got everything I need.

I'm also in the middle of a MB thing - two offers on the go at once :eek: so need to look for some matches!

I know! I've done some of it.

Unfortunately not, I can't shake off the headache, but it's alright, I'm medicating with Fosters and ibuprofen

I've nearly managed half of it and I plan to do more. I'm watching Slumdog Millionaire. It should come with a warning though...'DO NOT EAT YOUR DINNER WHILST WATCHING THE BEGINNING OF THIS FILM'...

Two offers on the go at once? I can see myself having spreadsheet after spreadsheet for MBing. Is it wrong that I'm starting to totally love spreadsheets??

Had quite a successful day all in all. Ran my errands, had a nice little wander round the shops, treated myself to a large coffee and cake in the M&S cafe, managed to get some reduced food in the M&S food hall. Three ready meals (I know, I know I should cook from scratch...) all reduced, an Indian starter pack reduced and an Indian meal box for two reduced to £5! The only things I paid full price for were the cheese and the birthday and mother's day cards Which reminds me, tomorrow I need to shop for a mother's day present and birthday present as well as finishing off my list.
