What happens when the bailiffs come to evict a person on oxygen?
Do they physically carry the bed, oxygen & person out of the house and leave them in the street?

Gerryscot, did you get any assistance from the sherrifs office or Shelter or even your current lender.

Do you have a court order against you? The experts on evictions are the charity Shelter who have a 9-5 advice line on 0808 800 4444

OP just a thought you might want to post this question in the Debt Free Wannabe board as well as there are some great people over there as well that know their stuff.

    Good luck x

The comments on this thread were nasty, and downright offensive and I personally haven't seen anything like it before.

I am all for free speach and plain speaking but to be deliberately nasty, it is uncalled for.

Glad things worked out for you in the end Gerryscot, very pleased for you!

I'm so pleased that there's been a temporary hold.

Will they provide assistance (obviously not financial) in working out a way to get you back on track with Black Horse?
