just stumbled upon this thread and i have to say how proud i am to be a member of this forum :)
so many people have rallied round and helped somebody who theyve never met and it really is a heart warming thing to see.
ive been in a similar situation years ago, had my purse pinched and had no help from anybody, and with a new born baby too :(
i learnt from then on to always have more than enough, and to be honest i now feel i have a slight problem with buying too much lol
pm me if you need anything and i will gladfully send you some bits and bobs
    :)

    Good morning BIW.
Just wondered how you were getting on, as you haven't posted for a while.
    It must be nearly payday?
Good luck and well done for getting this far.

Don't think I've posted here before but I too hope things have turned out OK this month.

Please post again whether you've done well or fallen off the wagon. I'm sure everyone will be supportive in either case.

    Holiday Haggler
I rememebr when i lived on my own a couple of years back, and i was exactly the same, i really didn't have any money for food.
I was so skinny it was horrible, (it wasn't a good skinny either, i looked like i had been on drugs for years through lack of nutrients.) and i always remember food was all i could think about, if i seen someone near me eating all i wanted to do was grab the food of them and run off with it...seriously.
I really really feel for you OP, i really wish i knew of this site back then.
People thought i was anorexic, and i was too embarrased to tell them i couldnt afford to eat.
It does get better though, you just need to take more time scouring for bargains etc.
Good Luck and i hope your payday is today same as me:j
Bulk buying lots of bags of pasta tonight:D
