The Customer services number for sports direct is 0845 1299230, I've just telephoned them and they were quite helpful, for any issues regarding their deliveries they generally use DHL - again difficult number to find but it can be found with a good google search, they also use a company call Yodel - the number is 0844 2480555, unfortunately couldnt find a non geo number sorry but 0845 is free on some BT deals.
good luck0 -
I will keep this brief as i have wasted far too much time on this already (Approx 90 unanswered emails, yes! 90!)
Don't buy from this store if you want good customer service, and especially do not buy on-line.... I paid for a next day delivery on some astro-turfs (This is where Yodel come in) and received 2 days late without an apology or explanation.
I ordered them on a next day as I wanted them for a game and 'next day' was the only way I could make sure i had my new boots.
As i have said, neither Yodel (Delivery company that SD now use) or SD were interested in offering me an apology or even an excuse.... nothing!
I will be paying the extra £5 or £10 elsewhere in future as you cannot put a price on good customer service.0 -
You can never 100% trust next day delivery. If you ever need something urgently the next day the only safe option is to go instore and buy the itemThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Kinda defeats the object of next day delivery though... especially when you pay through the nose for it.
Do you work for SD?
To be fair i don't usually pay for 'next day' as i am happy to wait 3-4 days.
The main point here is the 90ish unanswered emails.
Shocking!0 -

their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -

Why did you let it reach 90 emails ?
Should have done something way before the ninetieth email
We all know what SD are like and dont need to be reminded what they are like.ah, the old 'do you work for them?' retort. it's a classic.
a classic yes but getting boring now0 -
To be honest I am far too busy at work to be making phone calls to customer service agents that do not help you & pass the buck.
I got to a point where i would send the same email 5-10 times at once in order to get someone’s attention.
I have now received an email confirming the delivery charge being refunded so I guess annoying them gets a reply eventually.
I don't really use this website (Not into forums at all actually), but i was sent a link from someone else so just wanted to add my feelings about Sports Direct so others that are thinking of ordering next day maybe think again. And also hoped that someone, anyone!, within Sports Direct with any common sense or care for customers especially during this economic climate would read this.
To be fair I don't really care if anyone finds this useful (boring) or not. I won’t be ordering from them again and now, many friends & colleagues will not be either.

If you still are not getting any replies... Sport Direct have a Twitter page here:

Ask them the question (politely) in public, it's much more difficult for them to ignore you, because other people will see if too and it won't be good for their reputation to ignore you.So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
Hope sharing saves some pain.0 -
