Tip; Usually when the chain keeps falling off, particularly when changing gears, its because the rear wheel needs adjusting as the chain is too slack.

Un-nut the wheel and pull it further back along the frame til the chain is taught (not too tight), ensure the wheel is slid back on both ends of the frame so it wont slip back once the nuts are re-tightened. it should do the trick

I purchased a jacket but had to return it.
They refunded the £18 back into my account on the Tuesday & took the £18 back out again on the Wednesday.
I have emailed them about 10 times since that, almost 2 weeks ago. Still the money has not gone back into my account.
Am going to use the numbers that I found on here.
