Thanks, after my earlier post I got it having read the post about searching

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it, but you can just type in 'remote' as a sky link i think it is, the box at the top and I think that should work

I didn't have to type in any code either!

OK. Managed to order. Thanks all. Just to clarify if you're still having problems, you don't put the number code as a url as was advised earlier. As soon as you go to SkyKeys and get the options screen you type the code as a SkyKey (at the top where it says "Enter a SkyKey then press select").
