Sorry all. Tried the above "search for Sky Navigator" tip but it didn't work (didn't get any results). Any further help for a complete wally like me gratefully received

Just been on the SKY interactive and the offer deos not seem to be there anymore, maybe they have had loads of requests so they pulled it for now?

Followed Nicholas advice above by simply typing 736683 into the url box.

Never used this before but it was quite easy.

Thanks, ordered mine.

I found that if I unplug all phone lines except for Sky it will dial fine. It's probably because it isn't filtered and my ADSL router and Sky are fighting for a clear phone line.
