Anyone had success from an NTL phone line?
I kept getting a connection error (Code 104). Phoned CS, and they had no clue, apart from asking me to reboot the box, which did not work. Googled it and it seemed to be a general problem when connecting Sky interractive through NTL:-(

seems to be finished to me? can't see the offer anywhere. gutted cos it took me ages to reconnect the box to the phone line!!!

Ordered mine through NTL no problem a couple of days ago.

my sky box isnt connecting to the internet, i think theres a problem with the cable, so Im going to have to ring sky up and order it over the phone. If they ask where i got the code, what sould i say...?

Is the only way to order it via the sky box? Unplugged ours long ago and dunno where the wire is.
