    Ordered mine 25th april it arrived today, 26th may.
    Its about as long as my arm but what a post, brill, thanks again.

    Also still waiting. I've a mind to reclaim the phone charges, after all the only reason I used their service was to get one of these ;)

    I considered that one myself. Unfortuately, we will only run up further phone charges and get nowhere.

    I notice that those that ordered several remotes have kept sensibly quiet.

    LOL! I've noticed that there's a shedload on ebay ;)

    I dunno I might just kick up a fuss on principle. I've started doing it in other areas recently and it's quite satisfying ;)

    If your still waiting on your remote, the chances are your not going to get it without further action.
    You need to contact CUSTOMER CARE... *NOT*... Customer Service.

    Customer Service told me Customer Care don't take phone calls and also told me the offer was over-subscribed, and as the offer was 'subject to availabilty' i wasn't getting one.
    Not happy with that, i set about finding a phone number for Customer Care....
    the good folks in Digital Spy duly supplied..... after a 2 minute phone call i have been promised the remote is now in the post. Result!

    The number to call is 02077053000, ask to be put through to customer care.
    The lady i spoke to asked me how she could help, i told her the skykey number and how the order was confirmed but never arrived etc. After a short period on hold (presumably they can check skykey orders?) i was told they had one in stock and it'd be in the post asap.

    Well, I have just tried ringing customer care, and the line said "it was an extremely busy time" and try again later. Cut off. I was using call 1899 so I would not have minded waiting.:mad: :mad: :mad:

    Still, I'm glad that those that "boasted" of making multiple orders have had enough sense to keep quiet.:eek:
