This must be done from the Interactive Services menu of your SKY system so for SKY subscribers only. The remote is not much bigger than a standard remote, but opens out to reveal a full keyboard.

Perfect as a second remote for the bedroom to use with our wireless video senders, or if you use SKY email.

Make sure the phones connected.

Press the interactive button

Press up on the arrowpad

Select SkyKeys/Internet Sites

You'll see the offer with a number next to it. Key in that number and hit Select and you're done.

Will cost a local phone call.

I just tried this, don't know why but I could not connect, all I had was message to make sure phone line was connected - it is!! I checked the phone line and connections, I tried and tried again without success.
Oh well, it was worth a try.

I got a similar message when I first tried but tried later in the day and it accepted my request for the remote
