Mine says sky keys/internet sites not available but phone is connected any ideas?

It took me about 4 attempts to connect for those having problems.

I found this on another forum, that probably found it on this forum

Had to unplug everything from the phone socket and just connect the sky box thats why i dont have it connected all the time.

:beer: Thanks for the pointer i was going to buy one as the kids dropped the old one som many times the back does not stay on. :mad:
