Unfortunately it can be a minefield - hence all the posts asking for advice, dates to send in claims, how to interpret T&C's etc. etc. etc. and even more etc's.
These threads are full of peoples problems, despite all the previous advice.

yes, you are right - you got a little bounce back from our little spat. apologies for that and i wouldn't want to involve you negatively any further.

i appreciate you have all the right to support mj but i also have the right to make the odd challenge, if i believe things, eg, to be unfair. that doesn't make me bad or evil. and it certainly doesn't make me a rep!! i hope you have read the post i put up immediately before the one mj had a go at me about. i was trying to move on.....

Don't worry about a little spat, I'm a big girl - probably too big!!!!
Lots and lots have "fought" MJ over the past, but nowhere near the amount he has helped. Yes, I've asked for his advice many, many times.
He may not have saved other MSE users as much as Martin Lewis, but he helped to save people thousands and thousands of pounds against some very dubious mobile companies. He doesn't need to do it and in fact has probably suffered because of his success, not as many deals now because people have had lots of successful claims, one's they may have lost without his and others advice and help. You can NEVER ever knock his help.

i'm not knocking his help. i hope i never have. i've acknowledged his efforts and applauded. to put it simply,however, everything is getting tarred with the same brush. sometimes, it simply is warranted. i'm just hoping to see a bit of balance, a truer perspective at times....
