I just phoned Aqua Card as I was going to cancel my account, but decided I might as well keep it for the green 0's (I closed my Vanquis card).

I got through to a gentleman who sounded very stroppy. He managed to order me a new card and then I asked why I keep getting declined when I apply for a credit limit increase as I've been with them 7 months and paid off on time each month (still on £250 limit)... he basically started talking to me like I'm an idiot, and said if you keep applying, we'll keep declining so stop applying. I asked if there's anyone I can talk to, to see if it can be overturned, he just said 'Like I said, it'll be declined and it's pointless, but I'll apply again for you now, 1 second, it's been declined'. He blatantly didn't apply, he just said that.

Their customer service is quite appalling I think. They may have online services, but Vanquis has much better customer service.

My advice would be avoid Aqua Card.

    I find that quite amusing.

This has to be one of the silliest comments on this forum ever. Every one has to start at post number one, are you saying that newly registered members making their first post are all trolls.

I think you'll actually find your comment was one of the silliest on the forum mainly because you missed the fact that I already explained why I said that - you missing it, says it all

The guy is a troll, not might be but 100% for sure is a troll.

Whilst I agree that everyone has to start somewhere..ie first ever posting I do find it VERY ODD when a new member suddenly appears and out of all the various threads to choose from they pick out ONE member only to reply to in order to cause a little confrontation.
Also find it strange that the said members who are inciting conflict are, as stated above REGISTERING user names based purely around BLOCK CAPITALS.
Definitely 'appears' to be the same person

Exactly, what I was trying to say was that for a new member joining at 3am to come and try and vent anger with an experienced poster and post 3 poss, all aimed at that poster, suggests it is a beeline attack - thus my accusation. Exactly the same as what happened with EASTERNTHUNDERUK & HBOS4ME & BUSHTEA & ALLTHINGSCONSIDERED2009.... May be worth noting HBOS4ME only logs on at those times of the day as well - I know for a fact it is the same person.

Guys, this place is turning into argument heaven. I don't come to these forums to read pages of arguments, I come here for advice. If they want to troll, just let them troll and report them.
