Aqua Card - Rude Customer Service

Reading this thread is quite worrying, I applied & was accepted for the card over a month ago but it has never actually turned up. I have spoken to their customer services on 3 different occasions & found them not very helpful. I have been told 2 different dates the card was posted which does not help.

The last guy I spoke to said he would sort out a replacement straight away, trouble is not sure I am so convinced he will.

That is worrying, and another example of incompetance on their part. I suggest writing to them about this and trying to get it sorted out. If they don't get it sorted then you can possibly complain to the FOS/Ombudsman. It's worrying that a card may be 'floating' around out there. I hope you get it sorted.

I will be writing to them to complain as soon as I receive my account number. Seriously thinking of cancelling the card after experiencing their so called "customer service"

This has to be one of the silliest comments on this forum ever. Every one has to start at post number one, are you saying that newly registered members making their first post are all trolls.

You use the word "Far Superior"--- The category you obviosuly feel you should be placed under,thats fine, whatever floats your boat. Whilst I agree that everyone has to start somewhere..ie first ever posting I do find it VERY ODD when a new member suddenly appears and out of all the various threads to choose from they pick out ONE member only to reply to in order to cause a little confrontation.
Also find it strange that the said members who are inciting conflict are, as stated above REGISTERING user names based purely around BLOCK CAPITALS.
