We are off to the hotel to do this in person so they can't fob us off. If the relevant people aren't in then we WILL be seeing them the first day they are back in!

We have some answers. The guy we were dealing with has left, they have been checking the emails I sent to that account but they never got there. Good job I included the other address I know, athough she was off today she would have got it tomorrow. We appear to have fallen through the loop when she has been contacting people. We still don't have any answers to our questions but are going to see her tomorrow evening before dinner service starts, we were going to eat out there tonight but they were fully booked which is a good sign. I might email her tonight in advance with everything we want to get answered when we go but I feel so relieved. I had a bad feeling about the guy running it before, whenever I asked questions it was like he was on the defensive all the time. We have always got on better with her and she organised OH dad's 80th a few years ago and was very professional.

Should get lots ticked off the list tomorrow as we are going for me to look at underwear tomorrow :D I feel so much happier.

We started talking about our table plan earlier as we are not having a top table etc. We have decided who is on our table and I know it will be a barrel of laughs, might go and play about with the rest of them now.

  • h2b is on his stag do this weekend, he left yesterday morning and is back tomorrow afternoon.

I have always said 'i love being on my own, well it turns out i dont.

I like time to myself but i like having him there at night to go to bed with and make me feel safe!

I have been so so so so so bored. Our son has been off school with a belly bug since weds and we've just been at home together doing nothing really just slobbing about. (havent been too far from his side incase he throws up bless)

sorry for the post there's no point to it! just see if anyone else feels the same!

Hey dancingbutterfly, we're marrying on 9th too! OH told me last night his two best men are going to ask me for his passport and some other things, they're having a friends and family night out and then a weekend away, I hope he enjoys it but I must admit I'm not looking forward to that weekend myself!

Feeling a bit crappy as I'm having a night out with the girls on the Friday but can't really afford to do much whereas his two mates are paying for his flights and hotels and I wish they didn't have to :( but we agreed how much we had to spend and they've chosen an option they're willing to fork out for, feel bad for them as I know money is tight for everyone, but I guess I have to honour their choice.

Hope you and your son have a nice day together, maybe just some gentle DVDs?

I know how you both feel, my OH is going away for 8 days for his stag to Ibiza, we've never been apart that long ever in the past 4.5 years!

We did our table plan last night, it may change but at the moment we are happy with it.
Bought my bra today, need to check it works with my dress and then will by other stuff to match after. Also bought a fountain pen to sign with and have found a gift for my mum http://www.ernestjones.co.uk/webstore/d/8467331/9ct+white+gold+black+freshwater+pearl+wrap+pendant+18%22/

Off to the hotel in a couple of hours, I may be able to get a lot ticked off my to-do list by the end of the day.

Just had a phone call from the woman we are seeing at the hotel to see what time we would be going in to see her and has suggested we go in earlier to make sure we get everything sorted so we can sit down for dinner at the time we have booked. A note had been left to let her know we were coming in. Things are already looking up!
