50 days today !!! :j
Dad was checking when I need him to arrive yesterday, my answer was the day before for a rehearsal. I am only finishing work on the Thursday lunchtime and we will be picking things up that day so no need for earlier. It turns out my mum is planning on coming earlier than that, I am not sure what she thinks there will be to do. She is pamicking about getting the wedding dress hung up as early as possible but :eek: her arriving early will probably stress me out. I will have to ask her when exactly she is planning on coming.

Just sent a snotty email to our venue as their communication is very slack to say the least. Sent the first email last Sunday, a reminder one on Wednesday and we haven't even received one to acknowledge it and to let us know that our queries are being dealt with. I have forwarded it to the admin department as well as the event co-ordinator so hopefully that should get them moving. For a business we think it is shocking that they haven't even replied. All we wanted to know was the options for our evening food, if they need to let the chefs make a decision then surely the correct way would be to let us know that. There are already a couple of things we are not happy about, going to wait until this is acknowledged and when we go to meet with them we will be airing ALL our gripes. This is meant to be a special and memorable day and they are driving me mad. Maybe we should be ringing more than emailing but they have normally got back so quickly, I think a visit may be in order!

Just been for my fitting with the alterations lady, delighted with how it will look when a bit of the length comes off and the bust fits, even better I can take back the £60 bra as I don't need it, result, every penny helps at the moment!

Less happy with the appearance of my arms, about to head to town to buy some miracle potions!

We have bought our BM gifts today so just need to get MOTB and the girl doing my hair.

Not had a reply to last night's email, maybe a visit tomorrow is in order or I might ask OH to ring in a bit. I understand if they need a while to get info (although it should be in an info pack to send out surely) but they haven't even sent anything to let us know they are onto it. Annoying as the plan is to go shopping for my underwear tomorrow but that may have to take a back seat.

i would give them a ring today if you can- but you may have to wait until monday until speak to someone?- in my venue the wedding coordinator is very busy on saturdays with busy and does not work sundays- so when i need to speak to him- i wait until weekdays.
