Two of these could be merged (and don't know why they haven't been) because one was a duplicate made in error..........

WHen I looked both Glad & Mrs Tine were off-line, so I assume any PM to them to ask for the merge had not yet been actioned.

I would not say that I have led a sheltered life - when bullied out of a secure job by my line manager (before taking them succesfully to an ET for constructive dismissal) the derogatory comments, insidious sniping & backbiting is how it started.

I too have been bullied out of a job - and one thing that bullies do is imply that they are being bullied (by someone who stands their ground). Maybe that happened to you too?

I am simply not agreeing with something - be it a point of view, a subject or what is happening. I am the furthest from a bully you could possibly imagine - but I do feel strongly about how the fashion threads came along and seemed to overwhelm the board. I stand by that. The fact that there is a collective who disagrees with me just means that there is a collective that disgrees with me.

If you have been bullied - you will know what it truly is - as do I.

Well if I am missing the point it's not my fault - it must be because you are presenting it so poorly ;)

OK - if you say so.
Although I used the past tense on many occasions.
