Hi All! How's everyone? Thing went from bad to good to mederate and back to bad again - hubbys new job went pear shaped so hes not jobless and i'm holding the fort again - means money is sparse and getting on very slowly with the DFW stuff - he's had interviews but nothing defo as yet? I've also lost 3 stone since January - how good am I??

Hi BH - yeah I suppose I should but i'm keeping so busy lately - working full time etc.......hubby's on the look out for a job at moment and were trying hard to keep heads above water which as some of you will know isnt that easy when you drop from 2 wages to one - were trying to keep positive and he maybe able to get on where i work if were lucky which will mean onky one car/journey each day.

Weve aksi decided to downscale our car, its a 1.8 abd the tax is due at the end of this month and mot at beginning of next - once both doen were going to downscale to a smaller car/engine - makes financial sense.

Also thinking of selling house - weve got approx 90k equity at the moment so were thinking of selling and buying a cheaper property - maybe to do up and cleart all debts and make a big deposit on the new house then also have a much smaller mortgage - house being valued next week.

Hello peeps, am still alive - i bet most of my old friends arent on here any more but hopefully some still are and i will make some new ones.

Fortunatley hubby got a good job - he started late last year and my job is going brilliantyl, im hoping to do lots this year, lots of mse things still going on - also hoping to have reduced all my debts to just the repayment of my egg loan and also the repayment of the debt to my dad.

Hows everyone - please update me lol

I do hope shes doing ok. To be honest ive missed the support i always got from you guys - i really have become much more money and spending concious since i began posting on here. The fact that i need a second car for work as hubby no longer gets a company car would have, in the past, made me just think how can i get a loan - instead im ploughing everything spare each month into my savings to buy one CASH !! I really want to make 2008 my year to get rid of all my outstanding piddly ones so that I have the one loan and an overdraft to pay off - ive started to make full and final settlement offers with some success and some basically laughing their socks off at my offers - but hey - you gotta try right?

maybe I should post an upto date SOA on here to show u lot just how fard ive come since my lightbulb moment?
