That's a fantastic weight loss!! Well done!! I've been at this ages & I've only lost 9lbs! Keep it up

I find it hardest at night too.. Just habit I guess..
Apparently people who find healthier alternatives to satisfy their cravings instead of cutting them out completely fare better in the long run.. Almost out of debt!! Must start saving!! :dance:0 -

So pleased to know that 2007 is progressing well for you. Congratulations on your weight loss. You must feel a new woman. What a difference from this time last year.
Is your long term goal still the same-early retirement to Cyprus?

Hey all - just a little update from me - up to last saturday a 16 and half pound weight loss !! :j
Also have booked the day off today as i've got a lot of things to catch up on and never seem to have the time - Got to ring CCCS to sort out m review.
Some other good news - won £200 at work. Also, rang Tax Credits an up until April the payments are slightly higher than the were before!! I think rhis mus be due tot the fact that OH didn't work at all from end Oct to beginnng Jan? It will prob go down after my annual review in April but it'sa great help at the moment whilst im once again trying to sort out my finances!!
