now theyve changed it if i complain aobut my signal anychance they'll cancel it without charge?

i phoned orange this morning aobut my signal-spoke to a nice woman but said she couldnt do anything as im still getting a signal and usage outside my house

Hi there guys. thanks for this info now i am gonna use this info to terminate my contract. i must say orange network itself and there customer service is absolutely crap.
more then a week ago i started experiencing very poor reception. upon calling them they said everything is fine. they tried to blam it on my phone. i got !!!!ed of and agrued about it. then the operator decided to check with the technical team and found out there is a problem with the network. they assured me that on tuesday it will be back to normal. now is sunday still nothing. i e-mailed them saying i want to disconnect my line they say i have to pay the pull charges to disconnect. this is orange service for you.
thnaks guys for the help gonna try to cancle my contract using this information.0 -
from what i can gather dukz the option to cancel early has been stopped as they reverted on the changes0
