            Well, anyway...yesterday was black bootcut trousers reduced to £7 in M&S sale, with wedgewood blue wrap jumper over oyster grey silk cami (no idea of origin, in charity shop for £1 in what felt like crispy old cellophane wrapper), hair in chignon with midnight blue silk flower (made by DD1 on a textiles day course), black pumps and charity shop cultured pearl bracelet with diamante fastening/safety chain (£2). Pale pink nails (rimmel), beige eyeshadow wash (clinique freebie in bonus time last summer) with chocolate Estee Lauder shadow defining outer edges, Rimmel liquid eyeliner and Clinique lashdoubling mascara, Chanel Aqualumiere gloss.
Today - dark blue flannel wide leg trousers (charity shop £5), cream jersey crossover 3/4 sleeve top (small independent shop - £7), deep salmon pink satin chemise (unknown - too old to remember origin). Barefoot as just done pedicure. Was dark blue sandals (£3 in Accessorize sale). Deep pinky coral nails, ivory eyeshadow (£1 rimmel reduced in chemist), deep blue definition on outer lash line, Bad Gal mascara (free in magazine), liquid black eyeliner (£2 age ago - need to get more) same chanel lipgloss but over pinky neutral lippencil (£2 in chemist) = salmony coral pink gloss. Hair in sort of rolled twist/hot dog shape bun - took sections and twisted each twice before clipping together vertically.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll

I missed it...
I doubt that you actually meant "serious" - my ironic (sarcastic?) humour falls on stony gound on here anyway (which is fine).0 -

Heh heh. I like it. Maybe you're not so serious. Now, if you could just let us know what you're wearing... !! :rolleyes:0 -
            Hi everyone...love love love this thread.:D
Lostinrates PM'd me a link to another thread over here that was a good read too.....so I popped back for more.....
Unfortunately, it is nearly bedtime so I can only add;
White vest (American Apparel) and cotton/lace trim shorties....which probably doesn't count.
PS; All men should wear Pink, Coral and of course, Orange.
PPS; Best haircuts I have ever had and not too pricey were from Vision on Dray Walk (by Truman Brewery) Spitalfields.0 -

Orangeprose.................lostinrates knew what I meant!!
Definitely not trying to kick you out of here, you're a breathe of fresh air!!
I think there are probably more men than we expect who would be interested in discussing the Fashion / Grooming thing. There have been a couple of male posters tentatively asking advice on face creams in the last week. I think maybe they need the confidence to know they'd be welcomed and encouraged and not ridiculed!!0 -
            Lovely to see a man posting what he wears........ long may it continue:Dtotal airhead, total bimbo, very superficial:D0

Real men couldnt give a toss because we dont derrive our values from what people think of us. This is the reason that depression in women outnumbers men by 6 to 1 and as far as depressed men goes performers and actors make up the largest segment which is because they spend a lot of time trying to be someone else and in a few cases the person derrives too much of their values from something or somneone they are not and they get depressed.lostinrates wrote: »I doubt it!
