Happy Birthday Jayward - I hope you have a great day!

Taplady - you may think you've been slacking lately but I bet, once you have watched the programme, you'll realise how OS you really are! It will make your eyes water, seeing how much the family in question spend and just what rubbish they all eat!

    I've been Money Tipped!
:bdaycake: Happy Birthday Jayward! Have a lovely day!

My case is packed and so far dh and I are not showing any sf symptoms - fingers crossed! DD still had a temperature last night and very tired - she runs out of steam very quickly! Day 4 of tamiflu so we are hoping for a miracle - she needs to be symptom free for a couple of days before she can go out again.

Everyday I have been blanching and freezing down beans and courgettes from the garden. I am picking them regularily as I don't want them going to seed while we are away. Tonight we are having spaghetti bolognaise - special request from dd. Chicken noodle soup for lunch followed by some fresh fruit for the organic box.

The good thing about staying in is I haven't been able to spend anything! :j Catching up on my reading instead - Company of Liars by Karen Maitland at the moment, very readable.

    Have a good day all

(((hugs))) to all those feeling poorly and battling with the flu!

    Morning all,

I've eaten way too much for tea and I'm sitting here full as a goog:D Went to the Mass on the island this morning and came home and did the floors, washed etc. Then after lunch I went for a walk. 3 hours later I arrived home. :o I seemed to run into lots of people today and they just kept talking to me. :D Even tied me down and poured coffee down my throat. DH was nearly going to send out a search party.

Off to go to the library tomorrow. I have to write out a list as we're off to the mainland on Saturday & doing a big shop. We're bringing our old car that DD had been borrowing for the last 3 years  seeing as she's finally bought herself another one. It very much worse for wear. Funny that. But good for an island car.

    Jayward Happy Birthday. :bdaycake:
Pink I hope you're not off to Cornwall. N9eav might be waiting for you with a baton. :D Have fun.
Twink I hope all those oats aren't the cause of your dicky gall bladder. :p Get wells soon.
tiredmum sounds like the car is haunted. :D

Hope you all have a lovely day. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)
