That's lovely! Unfortunately we've already got regular cards - although the heart over the ribbon is a nice touch and simple. Wouldn't pay £60 for 20 though! :O
Neither would we so my mum made them for about £10 in total for 40!
Hope you got some idea's soon!!

    Okay, just had to post.

My goodness we don't do snow in this country do we.

We live on the coast at the top of a hill and just don't get snow but are we frozen in or what :o. I've just struggled down the hill to get some bread and milk from the local shop - no deliveries . So no bread and I just got the last pint of milk. Luckily I had just done our post-Xmas big shop the day before the snow so we are okay for provisions. But we have no schools, no buses, no binmen, no post, no deliveries.

The gritters have been out and now everything is all slushy but it is already beginning to freeze so tomorrow is just going to be sooooo icy. Just looked at the weather forecast and there doesn't look like any let up soon. Looks like hubby will be walking to work for the next couple of days.

Hope everyone else is managing okay,

Oh my goodness, so many posts I can't keep up :rotfl:

At the risk of leaving someone out I'll just generalise and say

Well done to those who've done something special - like first day at nursery :T.

Hugs to everyone who needs them.

Get well soon for the poorly people.

Hello the the newbie(s) and anyone who's come back to the thread since I joined a few weeks ago.

Hope everyone is keeping warm and safe.

I'm loving all the cards that have been done for the sketch challenge, really super ones and such inspiration.

I've been trying to sort out a problem with my external hard drive today, had a bit of a leccy problem yesterday while the computer was on and it's done something nasty. I've been at it all day and still not got it sorted. Hoping I can get it sorted without spending any money! The guys on the techie forum have been very helpful.

Yesterday I spent most of the afternoon making a card - how can one little card take 3 hours????????????? Anyway, I am pleased with the end result. You can see it here on my blog along with one I made at the weekend. I'm going through a pink phase at the moment I think, I'll try and change my colour for the next one.

I'll try really hard to keep up, it's a tough choice between making cards, reading the forum and housework though :D. No, actually, scrub housework :rotfl: .

I'm so cross! I put in a big order with Mad About Cards two days ago, and now they just sent an email saying they have a sale on. There are loads I would get (Christmas embellishments to stock up before everything gets pricey again!) but they won't let me add to my order. The annoying thing is they haven't even packaged my order yet. I'm not paying another £3.75 or whatever it is postage. These things are so light, it's a lot to pay! The same order I placed with The Glitter Pot arrived today - but as I said Mad About Cards haven't even been packed yet, so a bit slow.

All their FAQs seem a bit harsh and not very helpful.

Anyway - perhaps I'm being too harsh, I'm just disappointed I couldn't add on the pretty embellishments.

Hope everyone is doing okay in the snow! A good excuse for you all to craft, perhaps? :)
