  • Princesswoo - fab cards and stamps. The little girl kissing the frog is gorgeous.

Back to work for me today, DH is doing his stint from home today. DS is not too bad - not contagious but still feels a bit poorly. The rash is quite cool though, it keeps fading then coming back!

Morning Everyone. To let Craftygranny know I have posted some cards for Alicia yesterday, will you let me know when they arrive? and then a massive thank you to rainmac for my crafty place prize........the envelope full is amazing, I couldnt believe it when I opened it up and found so many things in it. It is really kind of you to send all the goodies, wot a coincidence with the sparkly ribbons, I actually have that paper pack so that was an added bonus. Well, Have a nice day everyone, and Happy Crafting

p.s Alyssa I was trying to comment on that card but my pc is really playing up - think it's on it's way out - am desperately hoping my new usb thingy arrives in time for me to back up my photos, but anyway I didn't say anything as thought it was my pc stopping me - it's freezing on a lot of sites. Hope you get it sorted.

eta - just had a look at mine. If you click customise (top right) and settings (top left) then the comments tab - check that it is on the option to allow comments. If not that then maybe try reverting to original template but you would lose your skin then.

If it didn't work don't delete your blog just go into template and click choose new template. choose one of those and hopefully that should do the trick - you could then try a different skin.

  • Hi, I've been lurking around here for a while and thought I'd pop in to say hello properly.

I used to do cross stitch and make them into cards, but my eyesight isn't good enough any more for the detail, so do most of my cards now with stamps and embossing powder. I love heat embossing!

Have just had a delivery of bits and bobs of trimmings etc. and bought some Christmas tree shaped cards for 99p for six so think that is my next project.

My simplest card is a present stamp I bought 3 years ago, and I just colour it in and cut out. Cheap but very effective.
