I checked today and my comp post has been merged with the other one and the person who had told me I'd posted a dupe explained that that is the language used on the comp board so I am at peace again

Found out today that I completely missed DS2's parents evening on Monday. I had an appointment time and it was written on the calendar but it went clean out of my head and forgot to go. I feel terrible so will be going back to preschool tomorrow with DS2 and a huge apology

Been to an indoor play place with DS2 all morning so now need to sort out my washing and prepare to make lots of snowman soup later on. I've done the labels already.

I'm normally found on the Cross Stitching threads, but tried making my first cards on Monday (6 of 'em lol)

I think I may have the bug now....last night I ordered loads of cards, envelopes, embellishments, decoupage sheets etc etc, and am hoping to have a happy crafty weekend.

I am just about to have a browse through this whole thread, looking forward to seeing everyone's creations

Hello & welcome Louise - this thread moves really fast, i sometimes struggle to keep up, if you got back a few pages there is a blog list where you will find everyones creations on their blogs. I have found loads of inspiration from them all.

My scor-pal still hasnt arrived. It hasnt even been dispatched yet.

Thanks to everyone for your nice comments about my cards - they really encourage me to keep going.

I'm going to try and make some different cads today - maybe a gatefold.

I'm trying to find inspiration for our wedding invites and my DD's christening invitations.

Afternoon all I am sooooo excited!!

Postman has been whilst I was out and I have lots and lots of lovely goodies!!

The 2 greeting farm tots that I only ordered yesterday afternoon have arrived :j :j they are beautiful!!

The manga girls and Daisy have also arrived, I had forgotten that I also ordered a set of Anyas!! so that was a nice suprise aswell!!

Marg thankyou for the ovals, they arrived safely today!

Lei - Thankyou for the images, they are beautiful and so crisp!! what ink do you use?

I am itching to start crafting as I haven't touched any of my stuff from the NEC, but it is soon time to get ready to pick up DS! maybe I can do some once he is home from school and I can put a film on for them!! watch this space!!
