I know I havent posted here for a while but just wanted to say I love the tattoos, guys :) If only I was old enough to get one without mum complaining.. gah... Lol.
  • Princesswoo - I've got two others as well - both boys - they help a little bit!!!! Your butterfly tattoo is fab - I don't think I'm brave enough to have one that big, my sister's got the same tattoo as me but on her ankle. I got mine as a rebellion thing against an ex-boyfriend who didn't want me to get one!!!!
  • Don't worry Dorato - I had to make DD tell my mum about my tattoo and I was 33 :p.
Anyone who has anything bigger than an inch square needs a bravery award - I have a flower on my shoulder and didn't breath while she was doing it - OH sent me straight outside after it was finished as he thought I was either going to faint or be sick as I was green:rotfl::rotfl:
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

I got my 1st tattoo when i was 16 lol. My mum has a heart attack but its only a little one. My uncle got in trouble cos he took me to his tattoo artist and watched whilst i had it done.

When i had the one done on the bottom of my back it was still covered in cling film when she saw it and she hit the roof - steam coming out of her ears and everything (i was 23) until i took the cling film off to give it some air and she started crying saying it was perfect tribute to my angel baby.

She then gave in and went and got her 1st tattoo at the age of 38 and now has 5 of them.

My next tattoo is going to fill the space down my spine between the 2 that are already there but because its going over my spine its gonna really really hurt, so i have to build up my courage.

My butterfly tattoo only took 45 minutes to do, but was extremely painful as i was so uncomfy cos i'd just had my boobs done 10 days before and couldnt lie on my belly and keep still. So cos i kept tensing my muscles up it hurt a lot more than it normally would.

i love miami ink and one day soon me & Ami James WILL be married!

My tattos's gave and still do give me a lot of confidence, i am very shy in real life but find my tattoo's always break the ice.

Better go and finish my cards off i have made 12 tonight WOOOOOOOO.

Sorry Whoopidoo didn't really mean it just wanted to cheer Rainmac up (as she had been so nice to me) as there is nothing worse then thinking you are doing something right and someone putting you down (sorry not right words but can' think of what I want to use).

i will now go and remove my foot from my mouth and grovel to you xxxx

Also you wouldn't have been so horrible to someone because you are a crafter (hope I have now taken foot out of mouth but knowing me I have just inserted it further)

I wasn't offended I just wanted you to know we aren't all meanios ;):D I've just come off there tonight because every comp I've clicked on seems to have an argument rumbling on, never used to be like that.

Remove your foot - that can't be comfortable:rotfl: (I should know, I'm the Queen of foot in mouth :D)
:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin

JHB - your tattoos look great - did the ear one really hurt though?

Hi Mumhug - hope things are Ok at the mo for you.

Kim - I can't buy singles, I just don't know where to start so I've just gradually bought a few sets. I just bought the autumn, winter, spring and summer sets from Little Claire for £25.

Just remembered I've got a bottle of glossy accents from the NEC - when I get round to making a card again I must try it out! I'm a bit up to my ears in snowman soup and flannel reindeer at the moment!

Glittermum and princesswoo thanks for info re promarkers. Im really tempted to get the 4 seasons packs- 25 pens is a lot to start with cant decide if i should just buy christmas colours. ill have a think;)

I never really get a chance to craft during the week as these dark nights mean crafting in false light :( so i always feel as if i spend weekends crafting and nothing else

Kim, i'm going to be treating myself to the full set of original promarkers this weekend as i'm due a bonus from work :D Anyways I have the Skin Accents set (Vanilla, Coral, Blossom, Pastel Pink, Shale) still in the pack and tested once which will be duplicates, so was going to stick them on CraftyPlace to see if anyone wanted to swap something for them if you're interested? x

Craftygranny - No I didn't get a pm from you. I guess it was to say my card had arrived? Think I might have to do a [STRIKE]Mrs T[/STRIKE] Glittermum & change my name 'cos it's not the first pm that's gone astray - think there must be other Margs perhaps with a small m.

Flourgirl - Yes, my ink came today but dinnertime! Good service. Thank you!

Rainmac - Sorry to hear of your upset on comp board but hope whoopidoos explanation of duplicate helps. Best stay here where we love you. Well Done with your raffle prizes.

Nannyboo - glad you're feeling better today.

Minimacka - Welcome back - I also remember your books - Amazing!

I'm loving all the tattoos but def not brave enough to have any myself.

Sure there is more I should be saying but memory's gone & I need to go & look what glossy accent is/does.
