Candy keep this link to ikki's cuttlebug cupboard here she's a very knowledgeable lady with anything to do with Bugs. I often have a look at whats she's doing as she is very helpful with the spellbinders dies (nesties) I don't have a bug but I do find her very good source of info. Ikki can tell you the different 'sandwiches' to make for your Bug so you don't go wrong . But........ we all make mistakes with our die cutting machines, I've made some corkers that I shan't be telling about but I've never broken a nestie yet.:o
Thank you ... saved to my favourites :D

Evening ladies, I hope you've all had a good weekend (sounds like there's been plenty of spending going on!).

I'm here to ask a favour - I hope it's okay to post a link here to my survey for my disertation. I need responses urgently :o as I hope to start the statistcial analysis tomorrow.

The survey is for anyone who has spent at least one term at university at some point in their life. It's completely anonymous - I can't even see who has replied, I get numbered responses. It's not for profit (just for my Master's degree!) and is not externally funded. It should take less the 10 minutes to complete - feel free to pass the url on to friends/family!! :p

I hope I haven't offended anyone by putting the link here, I'll be back to all things crafty after Wednesday!

    Thanks all x

ETA: Sorry - just realised I can see emails of respondants. I won't be storing that data though - the survey will be de-activated tomorrow night and all corresponding data removed from the survey site.
some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)
  • JailhouseBabe- ive taken the survey. hope it helps

Found this for the cakes! http://partysticks.co.uk/cakelesscakes/index.php?inc=1

I think I migh have a go next year for Ewan's 4th - he's coeliac so it'll make a nice change from a gluten free cake.
  • Flourgirl The cake was from a shop called olde spice in the elsecar heritage centre if you know where that is .
Mary i don't know if they do mail order but i can ask when i pick my twins ones up or i have a number for them i could pm you or i could phone it and ask them.

flourgirl - I'm anything but organised............honest if you could see my house you'd send for Kim and Aggie................:rotfl:

    jailhousebabe - sorry, didn't go to uni..........

craftygranny - if you could find out for me about the no-=cake that would be lovely.
Think I'm ok for beer mats now............done calendars/post it notes and everything else I can think of for people. Thanks for the offer..........I'm sure someone on here will need some.

Just realised what a cheapskate I must be............:rotfl:rummaged around to find some paper to make a little gift bag for friends scrapbook and ended up using some paper I had some flowers wrapped in........not the cellophane (kept that as well..........lol) but the outside wrapping..............brown with spots on........tied cream ribbon at the top.
No wonder the house is so full of clutter........boxes, paper of all sorts, -its everywhere....................lol:rotfl:
    Think I need help..................lol
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

  • Not had chance to catch up with all the posts and blogs as we have been really busy all weekend! I managed to grab an hour to craft this afternoon some pics on my blog.

Thankyou Craftygranny I once did a card making workshop at a WI near there. Trouble is my son live in Plymouth lol.

Rusty fab cards on your blog, the cupcake one looks yummy, the penny black hedgehog is so cute but I think the purple one with the manga stamp is my favourite, its fantastic.

Paddingtondoo thanks for the warning about the shoes, I had my doubts when we bought them, but to be honest her feet are growing so I will be happy if they last until Christmas.
