  • Good evening ladies. Well I was hoping to have caught up with all the posts before signing off tonight. Lots of wonderful cards to admire (as always) and I'm bookmarking lots of sites with "must have" items. Think I'll have to shorten the list somewhere along the way. I hope poorly people are feeling a little better today and wish you all a great weekend. My Xmas Flower Fairies CD & stamps arrived on Wednesday but I haven't had chance to do anything yet. My son goes off to Uni next week and it's a bit hectic here trying to get things organised. I shall miss him loads though (no I WILL not cry!).

    CPS

quick question (being a bit dumb here I'm afraid). The rubber stamps are unmounted and both sheets with 7/8 different stamps on. Do I cut each stamp out and then use on an acrylic block? Thanks in advance.
  • Melissa Thank you so much for the info on modscraps will be handy tomorrow to order the new imaginisce stamps for Kaitlyn.

big thank you to all you lovely ladies for all the kind wishes, and the lovely cards and gifts that kaitlyn received. She went to bed a very happy bunny at 9 o'clock having just opened the last of her gifts she had so many she opened a few evry couple of hours during the day. Here on her blog are a few pics with more to follow later. Tomorrow we are going to a play centre for a couple of hours and then for a trip on thomas the tank engine then to mcdonalds with her brother and sister and 2 cousins. She will of course be wearing her hat she says So more pics tomorrow .

cardpaperscissors i have some unmounted ones like that and i just cut them leaving a small border round then pritt stick them to an acrylic block. or sometimes i use ez mount .

Well I have been busy making my calendars and post it note holders! I have decided to send half of what I make to a cancer hospice called Ty Olwen my grandfather passed away a 1 1/2 ago now and the care they provided for him was outstanding, they rely on fundraising and donations, I organised a cycle event last year and we raised £1,700! I know I'm not going to get anywhere near that but whatever I raise it will help in someway.
Here's a few bits on my blog http://helsbelswork.blogspot.com

Ooo Mary a street sale sound brilliant. I wish we had one, there are quite a few people with money live round by me and I bet they throw good stuff away. Mind you we live on a main road and on the edge of the airport runway so maybe not an ideal place for a sale lol
