So have you bought some, bet you'll find it at the NEC
I am going to try and enter this card challenge, I love the bottle template... http://create4fun-challenge.blogspot.com/2009/09/challenge-week-38.html?showComment=1253345844045#c5153599441268788928:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
ooh thanks rainmac, do you know I'd never have thought to look if you hadn't pointed it out to me!!
I didnt have chance to come online last night, I went to my parents straight after work and managed to convince my dad to take me to IKEA to get a new desk for my craft room, as I mentioned to DH about going and he just said "hmm...." so I thought right, s*d youI'll find some other way :rotfl:
the one I have at the moment is so small and I keep losing things off the edge! so you see I really needed itanyway didn't end up getting home till 10, and now I have a desk to build whilst OH is at work! shouldn't be too difficult I only have to screw in the legs....

I'm currently fighting with my doc cos he thinks i should use a wheelchair and i won't . My son thinks i should get one of those scooter things and i am considering that. my o/h says i'm far too stubborn and independant but it occured to me the other day i could maybe go to some of the big shows if i bought one of those. Just worried people might think it's a bit big to take somewhere like that and i'd be in the way.
Kaitlyn is much better today thank you she's just really tired.
.
craftygranny, you see lots of people at the big shows on scooters and in chairs, and I'm always happy to get out of THEIR way as I know that crafting is one of the things they can do in their situation that makes them happy. hope you find a solution xxx0 -
I am going to be cheeky today and try and blag free tickets the the NEC later. I bet i don't pull it off, i don't really have the gift of the gapp. There is a little local craft day at a nation trust place and some stall holders that are at the NEC will be there and each stall holder gets x amount of free tickets to give away.
Are whisper strokes pens like pro markers? I have 3 that came in a stamp set but i need more than the 3 colours to finish off the image iyswim
Has any one seen any for a good price.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -

good luck with the tickets, hope you get some!!
I had whispers before promarkers and TBH in comparison whispers aren't as good, I always found I could see the lines where I'd coloured over more than once. I do still use them for colouring onto my rubber stamps before stamping though, they are great for that use.
if you do decide to go with the whispers I have found some on ebay for you here which is about the best price, other packs on ebay are about £8 for 10 but if you search for 'whispers markers' you get loads of results x0 -
have a great time furry, can't wait to see what you get!!0

Thanks gemma i looked on ebay yesterday but as i typed whisper strokes not much came up. I haven't had any pens before other than i got some peel off pens free once with an order so i am a bit clueless. I don't do much stamping so i think whispers will do and i was happy with the finish i got with the ones in the pack i got on my first try. I didn't even know i could put them straight on the stamp lol i stamped and coloured the image in but as i only had 3 colours it isn't finished.
The event today looks like it wouldn't be too far away from you too. It doesn't start untill 11 so i am letting DH have a lie in before he take me lol
oh it's not on today it's tomorrow good job i checked lol.:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boysWant to be fit for 30 not fat at 30but i want never gets!!!0 -
