Big thank you to Rusty for the beer mats that arrived this morning, it was very kind of you to let me have some. Just made my first calendar coaster and is was pretty easy. Was wondering if anyone had any ideas to get it to stand up, or are you all making yours flat? Will post a picture of my blog later.

Welcome to all the newbies - you will get addicted.

Great scrap paper card Mrs Tidge - i'm now a stalker!

Fab craft room Gemma, I'm very jealous - it will be many many years before I can have a craft room, once my boys have left home they are only 10 and 6!

Marg - glad the cards arrived safely.

Mary-op - hope you get your wall sorted by the lads soon.

Dragonlew - I posted out your stash this morning so hopefully it will arrive on Monday.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.

If anyone wants to see the photos from Santorini they are here http://s848.photobucket.com/albums/ab48/saveapenny1/Santorini%202009/ but they are all of Harry...well how could I not take so many pictures of his first holiday lol
If you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel
  • Rusty My hubby said do you think the basket would be big enough or would i need a trailer on the back. lol .

Mary I can just see you now charging around town on one. My mum used to have one but my son was always running the batteries down trying to pull wheelies in her garden. I'd have to hide it from him.

ali my grandkids would definately borrow it my eldest gs is 8 and he'd be off like a shot lol. Hope you get yourself a lovely craft space . I got mine by keep leaving things in the living room for him to fall over. It is only a tiny room though and has no windows but it is mine. Love the mad granny plate i'd have to get crafty granny then you'd all know it was me .

Mrs Tidge Fab cards on your blog. Love your idea of craft lessons at the school.

Hels I have been doing mine one side at a time then trimming them with small scissors and filing any rough bits with a large emery board.

Mary Sorry to hear about the boys and your house.Hope you get them sorted . I have no idea how to remove the blood though. Your pub is stingy not giving you more beer mats . I've told my eldest i need another pack so when he sends them i can pop you some in the post if you want.

saveapenny Hi lovely tosee you again . Hope you had a great holiday.
