Grrrr.... I hate bullies too. Can I ask why the teacher needs official complaints? As a teacher, I would deal with anything I was aware of straight away. I hope your DD is ok, it must be really distressing for you to see her like that! Tell her to keep her chin up and don't let the bully see she's having an effect.

Well done on your spring cleaning though, sounds very well organised. Something quite therapeutic about sharpening pencils I find. ;)

Sounds like you've had some good bargains too, fingers crossed all gets sorted for the holidays then and you can wear them! :D

Hope you've had a good Sunday. xx
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...

the school is aware of the little madam, but they want more parents to complain, as dd is just getting the brunt of it, others have had to put up with if for a couple of yrs. There also trying to say the girl has problems at home, - ok who doesn't - for hecks sake I could turn round and say the same, single disabled parent, fighting an access case against violent and abusive ex-partner who has never seen his daugther, + now wants to be daddy of the yr, dd witnessed mum have a stroke - dd rang the ambulance, we literally had 2 yrs of the police living here when we had the dodgy neighbours, even dd got abuse, she was bullied in her 1st yr, she would come home with stratches and bruises, (the then head was a waste of time, we had to go above his head - new head strict and proactive), she's seen me have anaphalxis attack yet is she a bully, she couldn't be let out alone, friends had to be vetted, - yet I have a beautiful, well adjusted child. Ok she can be a beep at times - but not like the other kid.
    Sorry rant over.

Hoping that now as a goveneror and I go in to the school once a week to read with the class below can keep an eye.

Doing ok had some of dd's stuff on ebay, and we've sold some bits, - reinvested in swimwear, - just can't wait for the holiday now.

did have some good news, mum + dad giving me money for 40th, want to get a nice piece of jewellery from Dom rep, she asked about what else did I want - I said didn't want a party, too expensive, so we're going to have a big sunday lunch in the pub for about 20 of us, - got to see if our local will help out, for their 40th wedding anniversary did a friends and family meal, - mum got upset, spent an hr locked in the toilet, then her 60th - she got to the door and saw the relatives and walked out - so whether she stays for mine be anyones guess. I've always done goody bags - so plan is to hit vista print and get the freebies xx

I know they say everything comes in 3s, but there are times when wish it wouldn't.

Dad phoned his brother, and theres been 2 people they grew up with passed away in the last week, then picked up an email from my old tutor, his mum passed away Fri ngt. he's been a tutor in the million and was really supportive all through my dramas, lost count the number of extensions, even been on the phone to him in tears with frustration and he's talked me round the assisgnment, he is really one in a million, and you know when you feel so frustrated, you want to do something but don't know what, how or anything.

He had been his mums carer for over 20yrs, and shes had a lot of problems etc, if I had a tutorial i'd take some flowers out for her. x

Not to much happening, been quietish some money came in Thurs, next week got 2 lots coming in, so can do the bills, slowly moving the CC dates till the end of month, make it easier.

Gd news, - spoke to DD teacher earlier in week, and then Fri had govenerors meeting. short one, so I went down to read with another class, and spoke to dd's teacher - half chat on way up, rest on way back, - shes kept an eye on madam, and the "tummy ache", and "i feel sick" - isn't down to the bully, shes left madam alone, but dd getting herself upset over this damm court case, as were waiting for the court officers to get in touch, DD getting upset, she doesn't want to see him or have anything to do with him. Its 8 yrs, he's never seen her, got on with his life - now uproots mine....

feels bit weird, but the tutor who we stay in touch with, lost his mum, bless him he emailed and asked would I like to go to the furneral, - never met his mum, but he was a great support, its about an hrs drive, its when the kids go back to school. So sat-nav and a few choice words get there.

Got half term, dd having one day at her friends, then we've got some free tickets for a indoor centre, bit like bigger wacky warehouse so said she could take a friend, having temporary deafness at sleepover word!!

I won the battle with the school over dd's time off, as we're having the bathrook literally ripped apart, out, walls knocked down, flooring, new ceiling - literally you name it, were having it done.... told its an 8 working day job.

Meant to be done b4 xmas, we couldn't locate alternative location, so got it moved to tie up with Easter and me taking dd away. Asked for the week off school - due to no bathroom etc,and they said no!! the nexy step would be appeal to the govenerors for the next meeting.... which technically would be after Easter hols... so me being me, fired off a 2 page letter to the head, stating that whilst holiday leave is exceptional leave etc etc - the only local option was 2 weeks in travel lodge (2 rms) ours is an expensive one - 12 ngts worked out at £1,300 dropped the letter in Thursday - Fri get one back, the head has overturned the request....
In all honestly we would have gone anyhow, yep risked a £50 fine, but got them sorted.
Haven't done much, sort some more money out 2mor. xx

Forgot to say got the results back from my allergy testing

    Good news -
Not allergic, to fish, eggs, wheat, hazelnuts, peanuts, brazil nuts, and few other things - apparently the main things that are tested.

Note at the bottom, as we have been unable to establish an allergy from the blood tests, I feel it could be the allergans in food........

Doh...... where does that leave me ... In mid air!! xx

Glad the bullying has stopped and that you got allowed the time off school for her.Hopefully the court will see sense and not let him see his daughter.
Your allergy test pretty much the same as mine so they concluded that I'd developed a severe allergy to the Naproxen tablets even though I'd had the tablets on numerous occasions before the anaphylactic shock...I've since had a anaphylactic shock from Tramadol.

Oh god, are you ok, I had a reaction to some other anti inflamatories, so got put on Naproxen, and tramadol, -the specialist thought it was naproxen and the morphine, been taking them for over 3 yrs and nothing happened before, so guess its get by as they say.

Actually surprised myself (either that or I've got a brain like a sieve), I'd already set up half this months debits to come out, so put the last 2 on 2ngt, so one less thing to worry about.

Sold another 3 things on ebay, grand total of £2.97 - but it all helps out. We've started decluttering more of the bedroom, did wardrobe, draws in the bed, and 1/4 section of the floor...... Little and often we're get there.

Madam is pleased to have a week off school, painted her nails tonight, so were all girlie - off on a mini shopping spree in the week, but won't be going via Asda for lunch!!!

    x

Just realised I've hit 1.5k, aiming at £500 sections xx

hi mum to 1 just read your latest diary entries. I am in awe of your course work working. I didn't have any of your problems, and was no where near as productive as you!

Sorry to hear your ex is being a dork! to be polite. I hope that at least in may that is the end of it. I did just think though that you may need to check with your solicitors about yoru going out of the country in July. If (and i hope he doesn't) he gets any access he might kick up a fuss about it, just because he can....sorry if this alarms you.

Ref the allergy. it could be you are allergic to MSG? Ie mono sodium glutamate. That is in alot of processed foods....Did they test you for strawberries and milk?

Hope that things calm down a bit for you soon

    Hi
Think milk was one of the ok items, the consultant thinks its my mediciation that lowers the immunity, just trial and error, bit scary, hopeing it go as quick as it came.

Thats one worry I've had is holidays if he gets PR, as knowing what a tw*t he is, he'd do anything to stop it, did mention before to solicitor about going away, but just gets dismissed as I'm paranoid... the only problem is I've tried a couple of other firms but it all boils down to legal aid certificate. I've just got to hope the judge sees sense, how the heck can someone who has had or done sweet f a for their daughter, the only way he'd have seen a pic of her is on the internet, from when shes been in the paper, I dou'f he'd even remember her full name.

Just so annoying that everything I do, and my life for the last 8 yrs be dragged up and gone through with a fine tooth comb, while he can continue lying, denying CSA any assistance, (there as much use as a chocolate teapot), and he can do what he wants. The hols were booked last year, so by hook or b crook, we should get there. Fingers crossed xx
