Sounds as though your ex is just yanking every one's chains! Hopefully the judge will take one look and decide on option one (and make your ex pay for the privilege of having jerked everyone around.)

Ouch to DD pulling the tooth out but I guess it was ready :rotfl:

Thank you, thats what I'm hoping!

Got my rear back into gear today, done a weeks worth of OU tonight - was meant to measure my height, weight, hips and waist - the tape measure won't go round me so got darling daddy (only when I want something!!), to be the guniea pig - but when I told him his waist was too big - it fell in deaf ears.

Spent about 2 hrs this afternoon sorting out Jans money - all debits are set, have to swop one around, but the bank were brilliant, actually got thanked for being proactive and not doing the normal bury your head in sand... (doh thats what I usually do!!)

Ok - just going to take one day at a time.

DD really happy, shes in the school choir, and they've been asked if they want to sing at the Birmingham symphony hall, and then shes got another event, theres all the schools in the area doing a victorian event, its being held at at a local secondary school. So shes over the moon xx

Just had letter from the solicitor, the court had issued a full cafcass investagation, and they want to speak to her ladyship, could do without it, but he'll have to give a full statement as well.
Not quite sure what they do, - all know the judge has given to the 20th April for the reports to be in and completed, and then the hearing be after 27th Apr il. Got through the 1st hearing, so I'll worry about that nearer the time.

All quiet here, were going to have a go 2mor at making a make up bag with the sewing machine, be a laugh, always try and do something at a weekend with DD, even if its just 10 mins colouring or watching a film together.

Can't believe all the hassle in Tunisia, the report on sky had been to Hammamet, which is about 1hr 30mins drive from Tunis, and theres been trouble there as well.... hope it sorts itself out soon.

DD was happy as the tooth fairy left £2.00 xx

I guess it's good getting DDs opinion on the matter and at least the judge isn't just saying that he can see his daughter.

good luck making the make up bag..it's always lovely to do things together.

I agree that business in Tunisia is awful..please tell me you're not booked in to go there for a holiday.

Getting organised, we sorted out presents at the weekend, over brought last year, so have done 3/4 of the birthdays for this yr, and then got some stuff last week in Boots 50% off, couldn't be bothered to wait till 75% - but that was all money neutral as used points and vouchers. Just got to fill in the gaps with the presents.

At a guess - we should have about 1/4 of xmas prezzies sorted. But spreadsheet that by weekend, now decided where possible to order from Vistaprint - gp throu cash back sites one get £5.oo back, another £2.50, and they send speical offers throu so its only postage pay, last order was tshirt, bag, 10 xmas cards and a mug paid £6.00. Intend to be money savvy as much as I can.

Not much going on, survived the dentist appointment, he fitted the cap, looks really natural, he's given some prescription toothpaste, as he thinks need more fluoride based one.

Got the official letter from solicitor, re-illetering what was said, and we've been alloced a court date start of May, not looking forward to but just trying to get through it the best I can.

Got a few more items for xmas and bdays - nipped into Boots 75% sale, did get some bargains, but glad that went for the 50% blowout. Plodding through Open Uni, got an assisgnment to be done by Thurs, but for once got all the bookword done, and am a week ahead... the plan is by end of Feb to be a month ahead in both courses then if anything goes wrong, got dome leaway.

annoyed with my one cc, set up a direct debit at xmas, they said take 4 to 6 weeks to set up, so as normal set the money to go out via debit, and checked my bank account, the dd had only been set up and they'd taken the minimum payment - luckly got some coming in next week, but throws a spanner in the works, so 2mor be a change dates around, but at least there all be paid in date xx

Time for bed, were decluttering dd's bedroom 2mor... (help!!) xx
