  • Good grief!!!!! What an awful shock. So what brought on the attack was it your asthma or an allergic reaction to something you ate?
Crikey mum2one. How lucky you were with someone at the time.
Do you ever have a calm week...or day even?!
Hope you're ok now and as you say it really does give you a kick up the bum.
Take it easy, don't go rushing around and get your feet up tonight with a hot chocolate.

  • Well you enjoy the pampering and relaxing while you can. There's nothing like a good relax in pjs when you're under the weather.
Fingers crossed the weekend will go more smoothly :)

I hit the 9k repayment total..... a miracle occurred, but know used the cards too much,
So Dec statements are starting to come in, new snowball, and look at 6 months at a time.

The update on the allergy - now been referred to the clinic, had a letter to ring for an appointment - did that but they don't know whether I have to see the specialist or go staright for allery testing, but I'm in the system so thats all that matters. I literally can't thank the NHS enough, they get such bad press, (ok maybe some is right), but this ocassion just can't say thank you enough.

My GP bless him, he's pushed through for me to have an epi-pen now, rather than after clinic, so family outing to the nurse for instructions how to use - just of it, take lid off aim straight into the thigh and count to 10. Took DD with us, more not to frighten her, but to say its ok, She slept in with me for over a week, but shes back in her own bed. Shes got bit of the snuffles, but its the weather.

    Think

we've had about 4in of snow.... but thou cold its not icy at the mo, otherwise with crutches be flat on bum with 30 secs, - but I've got plenty of built in packing.

Slowly getting orgainsed for xmas.... seem to be in and out of school most of this week, so won't be getting much done.

got another assisgnment to write nxt week for the sports course, but hopefully be easy to do.... and get my results back this month, bit scary - as if I pass it gives me a Dipolma then these courses that I'm doing now, give me a Foundation degree, so its a bit of a nail biting month.

Weight - don't think we're go there, gone off the rails a bit so have another go in the New Year.

Sounds daft so good to have somewhere to pop down thoughts etc, esp money related, get there eventually xx

Good day today - finally got the £10 voucher from Mr T for that disaster with the security guard.

Did the table top sale - sold some of DDs stuff, - puzzles and gadget things she'd grown out of - she made £30. I made £40 for me, thats going up in the computer fund......... but we had a free table - would say it perk ofbeing on the PTA, but I did all the fund raising for prize draw, so worked out well, thou never won any prizes.........

Took mum with me, bless him dad unloaded, then got DD took her to ballet and tap came back - we met him at home then he took her to church club, she has a better social life than me. But mum turned round and said she enjoyed it........ we had 2 tables - took 1 each and helped each other as needed, she doesn't have the confidence to go out, even thou it was a sale she got out and about, which is half the battle.

    Cold here, more snow xx

What a couple of days it has been, my darling ex has crawled out of the woodwork again, this time it beats its - got a court order to apply for parental responsibility and contact, - got directions hearing in January. Absolutely knocked the stuffing out of me to say the least, but have got hold of the firm of solicitors that dealt with him and his family over the years, and they offered me the same solicitor as last time, he's a brilliant solicitor, but I just couldn't get on with him, luckly one of the other solicitors has offered to take the case for me, its a 30 mile round trip, but worth it. so have got 1st appointment on Monday with her, dads taking me, joked as its same place as where I had that food allergy incident, that I won't take him to asda for lunch as the last time he tried to kill me - standing joke about the shock incident, he thought it was best to drive home instead of getting me treatment then and there!!

But good news had a letter bringing forward the allery testing by 3 weeks - start the end of the month.

Did an absolute classic today - the "monthly visit to town!", so hired my scooter, in poundland, the corner was really tight as they had put 1 displays of glow bracelets infront of the shelf, making it really narrow, got past as a push, tight squeeze, thought got no chance of reverseing there, so a 3 point turn - turned into a 8 point turn, then tried to go down this aisle only to find too late that they had now added a 2nd display right in front, so head 1st I went into it........ dad he disappered down the ailse........ while this staff member came up moaning, before I had chance to speak this older lady had a right go at him, threatening him with disability discrimination, that she was on walking stick and had trouble getting around, how could a poor defenless woman on a scooter have any chance......
So don't think I'll be welcome back in there!!
    xx
