Car Insurance should be sorted 2ngt, tried the Aviva quote, but it cottoned on to the fact that I had been previosuly insured, so the quote went up, long shot rang the AA, and despite their website saying £350, theyve got one for £210. So be paying that 2ngt.
A week infront with Open Uni, - do another 2 weeks this week, then next week write an assisgnment, I hate that part.
Remind myslef - set up debits t come ut next week - £237. but don't want to add it to total till paid, then next batch statements do a snowball on. need a bit of a life and not use the cards so pay slightly less than this yr, otherwise just grab a card out.

Got DD sorted - shes got a bike and a camcorder, ready for the Dom Rep nxt yr, just got santa to sort out........ and a few extra bits - thou she's marked 3/4 of the Boots catalogue off...
DD is wavering as to whether santa is real shes 50/50 at the moment, not asking directly, sure she thinks if we say he's not real she's not going to get the presents......
I've just ordered her a big blow up globe with Santa and snowman inside about 4ft tall, for the garden with Santa stop here. Sods law went to get a photo frm the site and its sold out, it was reduced from £99.99 to £19.99, so figured if we just get 1 xmas outof it, can resell next yr and shouldn't be to much out of profit.
Got the car insurance sorted £230 inc legal cover.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

Well done on the bargains and car insurance.
bless dd re santa...such a shame when they find out he's not real.
glad everyone is ok x0 -
Thought things were going too well, dad (bless him), he took me to Telford (he absolutely hates) had to take some of dd's clothes back to Primark, nearest.
Got that done, had a little wonder, got a few odds ands sods, nearly dinnertime, we were in Asda, thought I'll treat him to dinner, good prices, he had Christmas Roast, which was stone cold, and we had to microwave ourselves, I faniced chicken and chips - no chicken, but if I wanted chicken tikka I could swop the rice for chips. Fab, best of both worlds, just after eating dinner, felt bit wheezy, - just thought its my astma playing up, coz its an inside shopping centre. Left went to the car, he was driving home, (15miles), as he was driving, thought this don't feel right, looked in the mirror, my face had swollen to twice the size, gone bright red, with a rash that was going down from forehead to chin-line and down my neck, my toungue had swollen up, felt like a brick in my mouth, asthma was playing up again - thought here we go a+e, much to dads annoyance, the here we go again.
We decided be quicker to get to the NHS walk in centre, than a+e, checked in, theres about 4 people infront of me, next min nurse calls me, - everyones looking as thou I'm queue jumping, she takes one look, i'm not happy - get the doctor, I'm more worried that I queue jumped, next min there running around with injections, apparently I had gone into anaphylaxis shock, and what I thought was asthma was the airway closing, theres poor dad sitting in the waiting room, - the doctor calling 999, only remembered dad when I was being wheeled through the reception on a stretcher..... the nurse had to fill in him, ..... - he ended up going to get mum drop her at the hospital, fetch dd from school, and bring her up, they wanted to keep me in, but we came to a comprismise - that if I got mum to book a docs appointment this week- they want me to have an epi pen and allergy testing and all my ops were normal by 7pm could go. sods law my pulse wasn't going down as well as they wanted, but at 8.30pm, they said I could go, more becuase of the living arrangements, and if anything happens were 10 mins from hosp, but I'm not to be driven it has to be a 999 job...wake the neighbours up, touch wood be all clear.
DD she was more annoyed that the bed wasn't an adjustable one, it shock her when I got her, it shook the heck out of me, it didn't really sink in till the doc said how serious it had been and how lucky I was. But touch wood its not happened b4 in 39 years, apparently the 1st 24hrs are the most cruicial, if its going to happen its going to happen then, so move the sleeping arrangements...... dd has bagged my double, dads in her room, and mum and me in theirs.. shes large like me and snores - hanging to the last minute!!
I think it takes a scare/shock to make you evaluate life and value what you have, I know when i had my 2nd car accident (back in 2000), they thought fractured my spine and neck, remember to this day as clear as anything, all I could see was literally a 12in square of the ceiling, that gave me a kick up the bum to go and have a couple of good hols, and that was going to be new start down Devon, but dd arrived in 2002, who I wouldn't be without for the world.
So from 2ngt, the kick up the rear is weight, esp sugar level, and next year still pay my debts, but not throw literally every penny that I reuse the cards, even if it adds 12 months to my debt free life, life is to presious, and I learnt that lesson the hard way 2ngt.
Toddles off to sleep with mother .... (help!!!) xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Touch wood all going back to normal, just not getting on with the steriods, they've given me solubale ones, - but my GP was a sweetie and swopped them for the normal ones. Bless him when I told him what happened he nearly fell off his seat, had visions I was going to have to give him the kiss of life!! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
