    Xmas Saver!
Touch wood, good start to the week, had my eye check and everything looks ok, apparently they get checked by the graders, but from a quick view the lady said all ok.
All parcels posted, dds games gone, and tea was fab, rump steak, diane sauce and the trimmings, bless her dd had steak and ale pie, anything would of thought I'd starved her, but she enjoyed it, even had a piece of garlic bread from friends plate - she had lasgane + garlic bread - but doesn't like the gb. I was good we all had pud, so instead of the normal calorie laded sundae, I had a small pot of crunchie icecream. One small change, but every little change helps.

I even brought a little bit of steak home for Bailey..... just 3 bits - 3 bits less I eat!!
Just feel sorry for my friend, she works for a charity, shes core staff, so technically in previous budget cuts her jobs been safe, but they don't know whether there being made redundant next Apr, so its happy 40th, (shes 4 days older than me), hold tight with the job, but as she said she just have to wait and see.

It wouldn't be normal if we never had an incident, had a ngtmare in Tesco, cut a long story short the cashier who was as much use as a chocolate teapot......he hadn't taken the tag off a coat got for dd.... we got stopped by the security guard, it was so embarrassing, but theres a complaint going through at the moment.

Not much on the money front, was meant to sort our paying bills this weekend, the weekend just flown, Sat - Sainsbury, Lidl and Tesco, then today dd and me being making some stuff for christmas, flavoured vodka, pre-mixed posh coffee drinks, and cherries and raspberrys in liquer. So have to do payments 2mor!!

I've broke 2 teeth, one thing the filling fell out, the 2nd - chipped a front tooth, when we were doing the vodka, she was bashing kolacubes to get in the bottle, got a bit exicted bashing the kola cubes, came up with the rolling pin and bashed me in the teeth..... bless it was an accident, so ring the dentist 2mor, I'm sure he'll think I'm stalking in, last twice I've ended up with emergency appointments half way through the 6 monthly check ups.

I hate Tescos myself and nothing surprises me with them ..good luck with the complaint but they aren't brilliant on that front either.I read your post on the vent board and it was appalling the way you were treated.

yuck to the broken tooth...bet DD was upset when she did that...

nothing goes simple here, - how i don't know but managed to break a tooth at the side, - it was the filling but decided to bring a bit of tooth with it. Bless her dd asked could she have the broken bit of the tooth, so she could put it under the pillow and the tooth fairy would pay here.

i feel like I'm stalking the dentist, since we moved to him last yr, usually end up going in the on a 3monthly visit....... touch wood this be ok, not sure if hes got to put a crown on the front tooth, but he'shoping what he did today will hold.

had the harvest festival at the church today, for the school, got a little wave of dd, she looked so angelic bless her.

just finishing off 1st assisgnment for the sports course, just got the last 200 words to do, no extensions and be in soon - due by midnight thurs....... very good going for me.

finally managed to get rid of the old dining room table and chairs, dads friend came round, to fix the loo, the flush system, kept filling up..... dad said i've got to chop the table up at wend, he offered to buy it off us...... we said, you've fixed the loo, you wouldn't take anything for it - so exchange is no robbery.....not bad considering we had the table in july!!!

money - no comment- got my debits ready to pay, there be border line, so ring up 2mor and say they may be late and hopefully won't get any charges.

dd got school disco 2mor, mum got her a witches dress - she looks really good, i'm on toilet duty for the PTA.

may have sorted out the saga about having the bathroom done, said I was moving out..... my uncle said we could go there, but the bloke whos doing it reckons its 8 working days job, be without the whole bathroom, so plan A was travelodge, - couldn't do 8 days there, plan b, see if they can do it easter dd and me in dom rep, mum, dad + bailey could have a break in wales, but don't think there hold the job that long, but may have plan C - found in while doing research on OU assisgnment, - very exicting I'm writing about swimming baths...... and knew that one tourer site on outskirts of town had got swimming pool anyone can use it. went on the site, they do static caravans, fully heated, double glazed, they say small dogs - max of 2 (sent email asking if accept a Spaniel) so fingers crossed, - and there only closed part dec to mid Jan, so could positive. its 5 miles out of town, so dd could get to school, just be like another holiday.

spoke to tesco - complained to head office, waste of breath, but the manager i spoke to rang back and after chatting, i said your saying come back into store it was an isolated incident, but you don't offer me a goodwill gesture..... so she thought that was a good idea, and would i be prepared to drop the complaint.... as dd said......... give me the money....... xx

it could only happen to me....... sure holidays create problems

The caravan site we were looking at when bathrm being done - yes to dogs, no to children - so plan B - get hold of the OT and see if we can postpone it to half term - go away down devon or Easter - dd and me away, they can then have the caravan locally.

After the saga with dd's dad getting in touch end of Aug, - via facebook, new message - off his parents - water uner the bridge etc etc...... I may be seeing things that aren't there but very funny, that as I ignored friends reunited, then another one been tried, part of me wonders if the parents account been used by him.... so being very good and ignoring it.

Then my flipping travel ins - this was when we were meant to go away in July - despite doctors report and everything but the kitcen sink filled in - they now want a letter from the gp - as they have said how come accident May - hol not cancelled to June - doh coz I wanted to go and I intended to go until they said I'd be too high risk for blood clot and th fact couldn't put any weight on my leg.. makes you laugh esp as they have the docs report.

Be fun when they get the next claim - as the hol that didn't happen in Oct, when was meant to be going with the friend, but he turned a bit psyho, and touch wood the IBS was in full force, and the gp said couldn't travel as need to stop every 10 mins - wait and see how they make of that.

bar that having a quiet time, dd got sniffles - so not let her go swimming, but been chilling and shes enjoying the kids games at the club.

We went back to the pub 2day where she had that big breakfast 0 my 1st words - anything bar the breakfast!! xx
