    Xmas Saver!
Seems to of been good news for a change........

Mum went into hopital Thurs, they were doing a camera up the rear!, I want with her to the docs last week, can't believe how quick the appointment came throu, took dd out for the day with her friend, and let dad deal with her, sounds horrible but he had to give her gels to empty the waste!! which meant she'd be upstairs.

it was a one of the other - bad news would have been bowel cancer, gd news would be piles,...... luckly it was gd news, so she came home last night.

had a very lucky break today, rang our holiday company to pay for half term, we'd only paid £20 reduced depoist last yr, but they've done the invoice as paid in full, even though I protested, they said its on the computer.......it can't be wrong.

Had the forms from insurance so filling them in at weekend and get the report from gp, sp hopefully when the travel agent sends the documenation that we didn't go, get it all ready, I know push comes to shove have to go on card, but be just till its got back.

Seems funny, since keeping this diary, I guess I can put my thoughts etc on, so careful with money, and if I use the card its only in an emergency.

Got the ccard statements come through today, so set them up over weekend to comeout next week, then can add figures on, really want to get straight, I knows I don't do simple, I do the winding road but were get there.

After hols, I'm starting a mini arts and crafts club after school with the kids, I wanted to trial it out, and dds bestfriend she does the sewing club, so jumping in with her and trial the ideas out. Could be fun!!

    Off to bed...... xx

Very organised day, think it was the weather, opened the windows, and as dd was spending the day at her friends, thought I'd do the spring clean of my bedroom, wardrobes, units, draws, everything.

    Now have
    3 tops, 3 skirts - gave mum
bag of clothes for the sewing club at school to use
    bag of clothes for ebay

sorted out all my toilettries and make up, more so I can start using it and buying less.

Updated bank account, got some money going in Tues, wack of debits coming out Wed, good news I have hit another £100 target- upto £2700

Done my self a little spreadsheet, squares marked off in £100s originally done upto 5k, but don't want to tempt fate yet, but will add another 1,000 on when get to the 4k.

Bad news - AOL are being a pain in the rear, I had a problem before when they overcharged me, should be £6.99 pm, they were charging me the original £24.99, they credited £90 last year, great, never bothered looking at Barclaycard statement as don't use it, thought the other day, its not going down well, what a surprise AOL have gone back to charging me £24.99..... so phone call later apparently its been sorted so will be looking at next months bill with a fine tooth comb.

Be a pain this month, paying dad the £80 difference I owe him for my glasses, the brakes will be on the iou list that I pay monthly. But it will work itself out in the end.

So nice knowing that yep I may make the ocassional purchase on the card, but not to the extent that I did b4.

Took dd and her friend to Ice Cream Farm thursday, so pround of myself, and of the kids, theirs an upstairs craft room, so they asked could they go, I said I'll pay for you both to do one activity, but if you want to do anymore you've both got spending money. The one I paid for they choose a mini teapot, sugar tub and milk pot to paint...... so funny, theres dd painting so dainty, her friend did a lets get every colour on here we can, and for a bit of fun (I had to be a big kid, I painted a side plate, cup and saucer, theres about 1 1/2high, jokey present for my Aunt for her bday, she drinks tea till the cows come home, in the Boots xmas sale got her the big teacup and saucer, £12 reduced to £3. so thought put the mini set with it.
The kids paid for a book mark to paint and a eye mask that you scratch off, they paid £1.50 each, but it good for them, they even offered to pay for to do a bookmark, did one was meant to look like bagpuss, but went a bit wrong.

Going back to dd, she went with her pushbike as they were going to help her ride, apparently it was hilarious, she kept saying she needed to stop her legs was acheing (this was after 5 mins), then went it come to a corner apparently she would get off the bike and ask the dad to turn it round the corner, then another time she got off it, and asked him to turn it around.

Apparently he nearly peeded himself laughing, as she was asking in such a posh voice, so funny, she got away with blue murder!!

Just haveing a chill, catching up on the threads, and feeling very pround of myself for everything I've done 2day, so have put a bottle of wine in the fridge for dinner 2mor xx

Very good day 2day, had an offer for tenpin bowling 2 games for £6 pp, so we took dad with us, give him a break as well, then when we got there the lady said we could have the 3rd game for £2.50 each, snapped her hand off, worked out the proper price would of been nearly £50.... its disguisting but people pay it.

Then took some old chains in, those 16in chockers as I call them, and got £75, really shocked, snapped his hand off.

No more on the debt front, there all set up to come out on Wed, then just £40 for Cap 1, and £23 for other card at end of month.

Managed to get some OU work, actually a week in advance, brilliant, as was 5 weeks behind before, tend to go on bender session, alcohol I wish, but have a really good stunt studying, then mind wonders......

DD a lot better now, shes got colour back in her cheeks, down to about 2 spots so plzed, and shes off to her friends 2mor for another try and teach her to ride her bike.

Apparently she is so funny, last time, she calls them aunty and uncle, she's cycled 10 yards, the dad was holding the handle bar, dd in her poshest voice, said "Uncle Ken I must stop now my legs are acheing", she even got off the boke and asked him to turn it around, and the same when she went to a corner, she'd get off and ask him to turn it around.
Apoparently he was in absolute stitches at her poshness, he did it for her!!

He was winding her up, and said shall I get the red carpet, to which madam replied, why didn't I have the carpet earlier, I wouldn't of had to of rode on the pavement!! Poor kid........

No more money news, but getting there xx
