:mad:WEll, the paint has come off everthing but the wall. Thank Gods for that, most of the washing it had got onto was my whites and light colours:eek: including one of DP's Newcastle shirts:eek:

Dont think they'll be doing that again, they've had a telling off from me and werent allowed out this morning, plus my mam has given them a good telling off when she collected my nephew. They have to deal with their dads reaction when he gets home.... thats going to be fun!!

Right, I'm off to do the floor in the kitchen now, as it's the only thing left on my list, and then I think I may have a little snooze before heading out to feed M&D's cat before dinner at MIL's at 6.30pm. Takes about 20 mins to get to M&D's so that'll be 1 hour then which'll give me about an hour's snooze.

Will let you all know when floor is complete, then I can get my star.

Only 21 posts after this one to get my next medal. :)

Summer Moon - Yikes at that mess! Pleased to hear most of the stuff has come clean. I know it sounds silly but have you tried baby wipes on the wall? I only use them for wiping bottoms when we are out (cotton wool and water at home) but have found they are pretty good with stubborn things like crayon on walls for example

Well baby is still asleep and DD is quietly watching TV after an hour of her dancing about to music while I did my HHI and caught up on yesterday's plus some - managed an hour and a half so everything but about 5 of DH's shirts (he irons those :p )

I am trying so hard to get myself going but I am so lacking energy that the slightest thing sets me back. I have been napping for England at the moment, and every so often my temp shoots up. I am also suffering with my CFS flare up.. I was right this was lying underneath the Swine Flu and unfortunately is now showing itself now I am recovering.. It's a bit of a pain trying to hold/peel etc things when your hand is in a claw and doesn't want to stretch out.. Still with painkillers and ibuprofen it does ease up a bit.

Oh Natty, I'm so sorry, you must be feeling dreadful hun. xxx

It's awful this disease, truly awful, I'm listening to advice from here and other forums re pacing and resting.

I have gone from functioning to non functioning fairly spectacularly, last virus finished me off.

Hardly been out of bed today, seems my energy (HA!) levels are slightly up in the evening...how do you manage hun, do you have a strategy or are you on relapse. So hope you feel better soon.

Triker I noticed you had been diagnosed with Post Viral Fatigue..please don't push yourself hon as this does make it worse, or it has in my case. Unfortunately because I refused to rest early on I have been left with it after 10 years.. Thank gods it hasn't got to the point of using a wheelchair but sometimes I do need to use a walking stick if I know I am going to be on my feet for a length of time, my hips tend to start hurting me.. Please pace yourself sweetie, this is the best thing you can do. And if necessary get your Dr to sign you off work to help your recovery. Also you will probably notice that you need to sleep a lot more, don't force yourself to stay awake - have a nap in the afternoon or when your body tells you. Also don't force yourself to get up if your body is complaining..do things slowly and I mean slowly..

I hear you load and clear, results tomorrow, then what I don't know. xxxxxxxxxxxxx
