    Allo again everyone!

    Right, update:

Magnificent Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs!

DONE!!!! Finally! Was too late yday to do hoovering, so I finished this morning, Hope the neighbour downstairs didn't mind the noise at 9am!

Tuesday Terrors! ~ Kitchen and Dining area

    DONE!!!!

Wednesday Wonders! ~ Bathroom & Study Level One!

DONE!!!! Is it cheating if DH helped me with the bathroom?

Thrilling Thursday ~ Land of Spare Oom

DONE!!!!!!!!!!! I started with one drawer and just couldn't stop! I know it's late in the day, but I'm hoping this still counts!

Flinging Friday ~ The Queens Boudoir and the landing!

    DONE!!!

I've found this thread so amazing, I love a challenge (I'm a very stubborn girl!) so knowing those two things to do were still on my list I had to get them done and off my mind! Got two black sacks full of clothes which will be going on freecycle and a few dresses etc that'll be going on eBay for my £1000 in 100 days challenge. I never knew MSE could be so inspirational!!

Now I'm just going to put back some of the mess I've made in the bedroom and have a long soak in my shiney bathroom!

    xx

grateful Not yet he doesnt. Ive been chatting on the phone with my DB. I usually put the ironing board up and put a old towel on. He loves being brushed. Think he has a bit of knotted fur so will need the scissors too.:D

Welcome Home Toots glad you liked your picture x

Had a lovely couple of days. Went to a wedding reception last night and had a great time but the drinks were so expensive £14.00 for 2 and half pints lager and a J20!!!

Ginger so sorry about your friend. I losy my best friend 16 years ago in a car accident and it is a terrible thing to happen. Your friend is lucky she has you to help and support her. At times like this we don't need words it is enough that you are there for her and her young family xx

Valli sounds like a great walk. There are some lovely ponds down that area called Rowthorne Ponds and you can actually walk down to Stainsby and then come back up through Hardwick.

Kaz thanks for all your hard work i have replied to your email.

I will be in Norfolk for the Bank holiday weekend we are coming on Friday and then returning home on either Tuesday or Wednesday so if you wanted to meet up that would be lovely i will put a post on the FB so we don't clutter up this thread.

I have put away one lot of ironing (a whole maidenful) and refilled the maiden.
DD has gone on a sleepover; Ds has gone to a barbie and I am looking forward to Jam and jerusalem...
Don't know why there are so many butterflies buit I would guess that lots of people are planting butterfly friendly flowers. Having said that in my garden I get cabbage whites (and their blimmin offspring lol) and tortoiseshells...
The butterflies I saw yesterday (and the Burnet Moths) were feeding on thistle and scabious. I think that part of our walk was meadow planted following industrial reclamation.
    This was part of it...
    this too

Thanks so much toot! I think this has been the kick up the backside I so badly needed. DH even came up to me tonight and commented on how nice everything looked... there's a first time for everything it seems!

Items listed on Freecycle and SnaffleUp, if no takers I have a trip to St Francis or Oxfam next Sunday. Now I just have to find time to list the nicer stuff on eBay.
