Got sorted at the library re overdue books I didnt have. They have been having probs with their computer system. Went to the hospital this afternoon. It was my ward visiting day. DD and youngest GS want a laptop. She rang me tonight to say she had nearly committed to a one on credit up the street today but decided not to at the last minute. I would have gone mad with her. They would have paid over the top. Talked to her about this and the fact that they just want one for the internet. There is a computer repair shop at the bottom of the street and she agrees a refurbished one would be ok to learn on. Im thinking of making it a joint Xmas present for them.

rosepink Well done on the weight loss. I need to get focused again.

I haven't really done much with them but don't want them thinking that they only do good things with daddy and GF.

Right this this weekend I need to:-

Sort out a box of toys
    Dust/Deweb main bedroom
and vacuum the floors.(will probably mop them)

Oh Fedup biggest hugs sweetie, loosing a pet is always hard and always too soon, they seem with us for such a short time but the joy they bring in those years is worth the tears you are shedding now xxx

Evening peeps (havent caught up today so apologies)

Dont feel great today, started when I woke up at 5 with a blinding headache, achey and with snuffles. OH bless him did get up and got me parrots followed by a cuppa half an hour later, so no hope of getting back to sleep. Work was dreary and I seem to have picked up the black dog. Hate feeling like this as its so not me. DS was trying to encourage me to have a drink but it doesnt work for me. Think it might be because I told OH what I felt about the motorbike being a form of transport not a toy to take out of the garage twice a year and now he's got the hump. Plus I know I have a hell of a week next week with him away all week and runs to my mums with DD every day before and after work as well as trying to finalise arrangements for the wedding and sorting paperwork and starting to pack for all 4 of us. While he on the other hand will have 3 meals a day prepared for him and nothing more to do than refresh his knowledge of a course that he's already done for a job he's been doing 20 years.

Sorry that was a bit of a rant and not meant to be, I know there are people who have real things to moan/be upset about.

Will catch up tomorrow but in the mean time you have PM Quillion. ETA looks like I have a reply ...........

    Kaz xx

Or if you have had as many miscarriages as you have children.. or if you are so very desperate and stunned by the news.. or the positive was very faint and you needed to clarify.. or you didn't want to take a 4 weeks old test to the docs.. or just to confirm in your shocked and horrified mind that it is in fact still positive....

Lots of reasons.. a false positive can be given from certain fertility treatments.
ah - sorry - I was assuming that these were just 'bog standard' missed period therefore take a test issues - yes, of course anyone on treatment would possibly have hormones dashing about in their system that might cause a problem.
What worries me about over the counter tests is that anyone NOT having any treatments might get a positive and assume it might be a false result because of their 97% (or whatever) accuracy claims. I'm referring to people who might not want to be pregnant IYSWIM
