Thanks Taxi - needless to say that is the list that I should be completing but it rarely all gets done!
Decided last night to take a notebook to bed with me - my mind is always racing when I go to bed with things that I have to do the next day so thought if I can write it down it may empty my head so to speak. I had just over 5 hours sleep - going to be in bed for 1 tonight so I should get 6 hours if I can drop off quick enough.
DD is staying at Mum and Dads tonight which she loves so just DS to get ready in the morning before work meaning it shouldn't be as manic tomorrow. Almost the weekend - this week has dragged!
Right off for a quick catch up and then to bed x x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Thanks Taxi - it certainly has helped 'emptying my head' so to speak before bed - I have also been making note of what time I go to bed and wake up - I am averaging 5 1/2 hours at the moment which as I suspected is probably whats making me feel crap.
Anyways have decided I am fed up of being fed up so its onwards and upwards! It is my birthday in 2 weeks and I love October so hoping to achieve something in the next month
Goals as follows.
- Lose 7lbs by Halloween
- Pay off Rob Way (f/f settlement accepted)
- Complete deep clean/declutter of kitchen
- Wii fit for 30mins 4 times a week
- Keep up to date with everyones diaries.
Off to update the budget and snowball - hope everyone is well. x x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Evening all - well it the second day of October all ready, my self proclaimed positive and productive month! Have not been on much for a couple of days because my final assignment for this course was due in today so I have been completing that after work but it is all done and dusted and over now. Will get the results in Dec so fingers crossed I passed!
The books for my next course came yesterday - typically no rest for the wicked so will get stuck into that asap to give a bit of a head start.
Quick update on this months aims - not much progress yet seeing as its only day 2!
Goals as follows.
- Lose 7lbs by Halloween 0/7 (weigh in on 7/14/21/28 October)
- Pay off Rob Way (f/f settlement accepted) due by the 19th October
