Eek 10 days and no update, very bad of me!
Natwest took the bags of change quite happily, they are in quite a businessy area so OH went in before lunchtime when it was quiet so they were quite happy to take them.
DS seems settled OK in his school, his transport started yesterday which he was fine with but DD is not impressed that he gets picked up and dropped off to school, they have a school dog as well which is her favourite animal so now thinks I am mean for not sending her there! I tried to explain but she is only 6 and doesn't really understand, bless her!
Seem to have spent the past week writing cheques - since being back at school she has joined Drama, Tennis and Athletics and she already has swimming lessons - I don't mind though as having been overweight all my life I am keen that she takes an interest in healthy eating and keeping fit - the schools seem very good these days in that respect.
Soo onto money (or lack of!) OH has been in work but it has been shocking recently but on the upside DS nursery fees have now stopped - we have been paying nursery since 2004 and at one point when they were both there it was over 1k a month - so in theory I should now have an extra 480.00 a month which will make a massive difference and help me stay on target for being debt free in 23 months and counting.
Snowball says I need to pay off 1225 a month to meet that target which is doable but we are hoping to get some F and F settlements with a few that have been offering them to us but we haven't been in a position to accept. I am going to write some letters today and see what comes back.
Apart from that nowt to report - have 4 days off work so I am planning on blitzing the pit that is my house - I am desparate to get the work done to it but saving that for when we are debt free - if it hasnt fallen down by then!

Thank you everyone - it is just the boost we need right now - sometimes with big numbers it feels never ending so to reach a milestone so to speak really does help. Just to continue on the good news OH managed to agree to a settlement with one of his debts for about 50%, can't wait to pay it so that I can update the snowball - is that sad!
Slowly settling into a routine now that the kids are back to school although it doesnt leave much time for MSE at the moment - not happy! Basically it is up, get dressed, get kids ready, wave DS off on his bus, take DD to school, horse, go to work, come home from work, make kids tea, play with kids/homework/bath, kids bed, housework, studying, relax which is fine except I seem to have no time left for sleep at the minute so as from tonight I am making a note of what time I go to bed and what time I wake up to try and scare myself to sleep a bit more. Problem is that my mind doesnt really switch off so when I go to bed I am lying awake and then I worry I am not going to hear the alarm go off so I get back up again. Vicious circle!
Anyways hope everyone is well as ever.
