Evening all - long time no speak! Didn't realise how long it had been since I had a catch up - real life kind of caught up with me for the past few weeks which is very selfish of it!
Brothers wedding was amazing and everything went smoothly. DS fell asleep just as the church service started and woke up when everyone started clapping at the end. DD was a fab bridesmaid. I have never seen a bridesmaid but so much mental effort into their duties :rotfl:she took it very serious :A.
Was lovely to get away for a couple of days and then the kids went back to school so have been getting used to a routine again. DS is getting picked up an hour earlier this year by his transport so his day is now 8am - 4.30pm which is quite hard going for him. DD has signed up to every club going which is costing a small fortune  but overall they have settled well.
OH has finally been for his scan after months of nagging. It looks like his gall bladder has collapsed and he will probably need that out. It will take months more nagging for him to make a follow up appointment.
Anyways, money is ok had a payrise in August which is about £50.00 a month take home and we are going to be sub 18k this week. :j:j:j
All in all not too exciting, but to be honest that'll do me just fine right now :rotfl:
Off for a catch up xxxxPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Thanks KP and Luc - he considers himself duly nagged!
Off to work in a minute. Checked bank accounts which seem ok but need to do some proper number crunching because we have a fair amount of cash in the house that hasn't been banked which can't be right!
Randomly had £200.00 put in my account from British Gas for our gas bill after they read the meter. Thought it was too good to be true and had a letter saying the monthly direct debit has gone up £13 a month - why they couldn't have just left the account £200 in credit and kept my direct debit the same god knows!
Off to work now, have an assignment due in on Wednesday - 2200 words so a couple of late nights ahead of me. Hope alls well will carry on with catching up on everyones diaries when I get back.

Hi everyone, how are we all on this cold, rainy Saturday night? I have been reading Memory Girls thread and feeling very motivated and inspired tonight. I always get really bogged down this time of year, I have read my previous diaries and it is always around this time of year for some reason? Anyways, I was watching a repeat of something on TV the other night and it was set around Christmas. I love Christmas and I got one of those excited twinges in my stomach and want to be super organised, relaxed and wonderful for this year. Last year I was all ready by Christmas Eve and had a lovely quiet relaxing night. Huge contrast to one year when I was sobbing at 4am in the morning because I hadn't finished wrapping :rotfl:
So enough waffling, it's time to make some changes. I am busy formulating some sort of plan which is going to involve lists :j but for tonight :
1. Work out money
2. 1000 words on exemption clauses and unfair contracts
3. Iron 10 items from Mount Ironmore
4. Get clothes ready for tomorrow
5. Finish tidying living room.
I am going to my cousin's engagement party tomorrow afternoon. I wasn't going to go but realised that I only seem to leave the house to go to work at the minute and it will be nice to see the family.
Oh and I lost 4lbs at SW this week after a slight tummy bug so thats 7lbs in 2 weeks
Will report back later xxxxPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Good luck with the list - I need to get my act together thinking about Christmas too.....Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Nothing like a decent stomach bug to kick the weight loss into action Lucielle! I have officially started my Christmas shopping now, the CO-OP have tins of Roses, Quality Street and Celebrations on offer at £4.75 a tin so I bought one of each and have declared Christmas shopping as open!
Kids off to my Mum and Dad's for a couple of hours so I can crack on with my essay and then off out to cousin's later. Will be back early though as school and work in the morning! Off to put the beef stew on for tea xxPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000
